When the phone arrived, it was securely packaged. The phone was immaculate, with no blemishes, scraps, or dirt. I am very happy with my Galaxy Z flip4.

When my flip 4 arrived, showed some signs that the previous owner dropped it. Which was not specified in the purchase receipt or details. I felt really disappointed. Still I decided to give it a try. Sometimes it overheat, but otherwise I've never had a problem with it, it works perfectly and the camera is awesome.

Love it.

They sent me a broken phone and then refused to fix it because they said “the imei isnt the same as the one they sent”
