The first vacuum I bought was cancelled by the seller so I got a discount coupon to use which was nice. The shark vacuum I then purchased came quickly and seems like a brand new product. So far I’m happy with it and the price was good. I also really like the idea of supporting a 2nd hand refurbished market for items like this.

I used to have the Shark Bagless vacuum cleaner Hz602 Ultralight Pet Pro that I ordered from Back Market and LOVED it! I moved so I sold it at a yard sale. I purchased this one and so far, I like it. The carpet function is intense and it has a hard time rolling smoothly over throw rugs. The attachments are great for getting hard to reach places. I'm curious to see if all the extra bells and whistles last over time and if they have any effects on the durability of the vacuum. Time will tell!

I'm very pleased with my purchase of the Philips BG1026/60 body groomer. The product is genuine, works perfectly, and is exactly what I needed.

The item was delivered quickly with all the listed accessories. The Ninja electric grill appeared unused as there was no discoloration from grease, smoke or high temps (which will occur during first use). All functions work as intended by Ninja. The reason it appears to be a second or refurb is there were two locations under the lip of the hood where the metal was curled out (like it wasn't originally bent into a U shape properly at the factory). As Ninja recommends wiping the inside of the hood while its still warm, these are no bueno as they would slice through a wet/damp paper towel and your hand. Thus I simply bent the lip back to the intended shape with needle nose pliars, and have a like-new grill for half price.

I purchased this vacuum in fair condition. So it is no surprsise that the body and extension pieces have some scuffs and a small dent. I think the description of fair was accurate and I am pretty pleased with the product. looks aside, it seems to work very well. I'd purchase from the seller again if I find myself in the market for another vacuum.

I'm not sure what quality control gets performed between all the features that any product may have. I have purchased items before that were refurbished and were not technically fixed never the less the price was right so I took a shot. I'm surprised that the vacuum appears to be brand new, not just fully functioning but all plastics and components never used. Works perfectly fine and I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Love the way the vacuum works, I haven't been able to see any signs of it being a refurbished machine, which made me extremely happy. Only thing I personally didn't like about the narwal is that it doesn't connect to my Alexa.
