    Love the way the vacuum works, I haven't been able to see any signs of it being a refurbished machine, which made me extremely happy. Only thing I personally didn't like about the narwal is that it doesn't connect to my Alexa.

    I'm not sure what quality control gets performed between all the features that any product may have. I have purchased items before that were refurbished and were not technically fixed never the less the price was right so I took a shot. I'm surprised that the vacuum appears to be brand new, not just fully functioning but all plastics and components never used. Works perfectly fine and I am very satisfied with the purchase.

    Selectable temperature feature is great. For those who didn't read the included instructions: 1. To turn it on-hit the top button marked 212 F (the temp water boils at). This will turn kettle on, bring water to a boil, then immediately turn off. 2. Hit 212 F, then any of the 3 lower Temps. This will turn Kettle on, bring water to boil, hold water at 2nd temp for 30 minutes, then turn off. 3. To turn kettle off: hit 212 F again and all led lights and kettle will turn off. 4. Red led means temp selected, blue led means temp reached, no led means off.

    As usual, the experience with Back Market was excellent. Fast shipping and the toaster oven was exactly as expected. Overall we love the toaster oven. The air frying capability is great, I tried it out with some breaded chicken cutlets. It's fast and has lots of functions and enough space which is something I was worried about (our last toaster oven was bigger). There's one tiny nitpicky thing we don't like - we miss having the magnetized door so the rack comes out automatically when you open the door, a feature this toaster oven does not have. Otherwise - highly recommend!

    I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this vacuum!! it came practically brand new! I was amazed. the cleanliness of the product and everything was overall AMAZING I've not once to have an issue or had to return anything this is not my first purchase from BackMaket and infact every and any item I had purchased, came in great condition. this is most definitely my go-to stir for any electronic decice. especially around the holidays and I have teenage boys. so this comes in VERY MUCH clutch!
