4/5Rating this highly despite returning the product bc as a business owner, I understand how much a review affects a business. I'm the type of person who does not make impulse purchases and does extensive amounts of research before I buy a product. I am very upset with this purchase and the time spent researching its specs. The main reason I bought this Dell Latitude 5490 was bc of the 15 hr battery life. However, when I tested it on full charge without a charger plugged in, it only lasted TWO hours. This makes it no different compared to my $100 laptop my dad bought me. I understand this website sells refurbished products. Aesthetic-wise, it was beautiful and looked almost new. However, 2h out of the expected 15h of battery life is an injustice. If you do not care about battery life w/o a charger, you'd probably be fine. However, as a student who frequents coffee shops that often do not have outlets, this was a necessity for me which IT Supply Guy failed to deliver. 5/5I purchased the Lenovo IdeadPad with a 12th gen I5 cpu. The notebook was shipped the next day and arrived in excellent condition. I went to the Lenovo site and the notebook serial number was immediately recognized as a refurbished item with a one year warranty. 5/5I needed a laptop but was on a tight budget, so I took a chance on this refurbished Lenovo, and I am glad that I did. All in, with a 2-year warranty, I paid less than $300.00 for what is essentially a brand-new laptop. Cosmetically, there is no indication that this machine has been used, and it works flawlessly. Also, it shipped shockingly quick. I ordered just prior to Christmas, with no expectation that it would arrive prior to the holiday, and it arrived within 2-days. The laptop arrived in perfect condition and if I did not know that it was refurbished I would have thought it was fresh off the shelf. If I didn't know that my laptop was refurbished, I would never have known by looking at it. It looks and behaves like a brand new unit. Additionally, the seller threw in an upgrade of a touchscreen. 5/5I'm extremely pleased with my laptop. It's a bit on the heavy side, more suited for a man but I have come to overlook that. It works smoothly. The exterior is great, I didn't find any scratches. You can't tell that it's refurbished. This is my third laptop purchase from Back Market and I don't have any complaints. The other 2 laptops are working excellently. Although, I had ordered it in an excellent condition, but I had not expected the laptop to be in an almost brand new state. 5/5Quick summary: • Delivered faster than estimated • Packaged securely • Laptop overall was as expected (Purchased as: 'Excellent' from, 'BuyRefurbished') Notable additions: For a refurbished item, this was great. I've never thought positively of fixed things, nor ever bought an item that was expensive that is fixed. Back Market has me thinking now. Only has a small area at the bottom that is scratched and the cover around the logo on the back screen of it is lifting a bit. All physical—internally, seems fine. Ending: I'd highly recommend not spending so much on a brand new item, Back Market is very suitable.
