I purchased the Lenovo IdeadPad with a 12th gen I5 cpu. The notebook was shipped the next day and arrived in excellent condition. I went to the Lenovo site and the notebook serial number was immediately recognized as a refurbished item with a one year warranty. Overall I grade the purchase as a 5 star experience.

My wife and I had our doubts about buying a laptop for so cheap from an online seller but we could not be happier with the product. The laptop arrived in perfect condition and if I did not know that it was refurbished I would have thought it was fresh off the shelf. I'm extremely pleased with my laptop. It's a bit on the heavy side, more suited for a man but I have come to overlook that. It works smoothly. The exterior is great, I didn't find any scratches. You can't tell that it's refurbished. This is my third laptop purchase from Back Market and I don't have any complaints. The other 2 laptops are working excellently. It was my first refurbished purchase so I was a bit worried. The laptop arrived on time with minimal but sturdy packaging. Although, I had ordered it in an excellent condition, but I had not expected the laptop to be in an almost brand new state. Lovely experience for the purchase would love to use refurbished goods from the seller in future as well

I've never thought positively of fixed things, nor ever bought an item that was expensive that is fixed. Back Market has me thinking now. Only has a small area at the bottom that is scratched and the cover around the logo on the back screen of it is lifting a bit. All physical—internally, seems fine. Ending: I'd highly recommend not spending so much on a brand new item, Back Market is very suitable. Everything is new when it's new to you.

From start to finish my experience with Back Market has been excellent. I honestly was on the fence about getting a refurbished laptop because it is a pricy investment, but Back Market had the best prices by far, my laptop looks brand new, and runs faster than any previous laptop I’ve had. Shipping was excellent, and they ensure to package the product well to limit the chance of any damage on route. Would buy from Back Market again!

Like everything I've bought from Back Market in the past few years (2 phones and this laptop), it works perfectly and looks great. Their stuff is refurbished, but nothing feels "used." Plus saving both money and the environment makes me very happy.
