Like others, I was rather unsure how purchasing a refurbished phone would turn out. I was delighted to find it was an excellent experience. Phone was immaculate and I even received the phone a day early. It took a while to set the phone up with my carrier which was no fault of anyone but the carrier (Verizon). But in two days, everything was perfect.

Disappointed. The pixel 9 feels like a downgrade from the Samsung S9+. Significantly heats up during moderate use like gps or gaming, frequent disconnection from Android auto, closing background apps when switching between apps. The pixel 9 is a poor choice.

The device I ordered first was pink but it was somehow unavailable but I was able to find another black one. But I keep get notices about the pink one. And the phone came in excellent condition. It seems to be working very well. It looks great.

The ordering process was smooth and easy. I received my new phone in record time. The setup was easy for a guy for the 1960s. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Despite ordering a device in "fair" condition, it is in better shape than my previous phone. I am very pleased with the physical shape and snappiness of the phone.

Never buying new again! Phone is in great condition and works like new. Battery is excellent lasts longer than my old phone. Called my carrier to activate with no problem. Thank you!

I am really happy with this purchase. each year the pixel series becomes better and better, and the base model pixel 9 has amazing features that would be pro features just 2 years ago. 120hz refresh, 12gb of ram, 7 years of updates... the delivery was on time and I got my phone in the described condition. the seller, Phone Depot, did an awesome job. I was worried about getting a phone off back market but was left happily surprised so far. the phone came in excellent condition, and seems like it was never opened or used! it was in the original packaging, with original parts, and is a great experience thus far. I paid for the phone and the 2 year added warranty. for the price I paid, I basically got a brand new phone for 100 bucks cheaper than MSRP, and 3 years of full protection warranty I couldn't have been much happier
