The phone is very much as expected nothing further much

Great phone, only starting to fail on me now after 4 years so im ordering another from you

Decent shipping time it was sent out like 27 hours from when i bought it and was even a day early! Today is my third day using the device and I'm really happy. Says it's less than new phone or refurbished and I really cannot tell the difference between a brand new one! No scratches at all no worn out buttons/charge port like you might expect out of a less than new phone!

This guy is freaking AWESOME. Had a slight problem at no fault of his (and a mini freak out because it's my first time buying from this website) and he was so great when I contacted him. Explained it so I could understand and fix with my carrier and if they can't fix it hes going to make sure I'm taken care of! If you are gonna buy from anyone, he is definitely your best bet hands down 10/10!!!!

I already was a fan of HTC cell phones (I literally ran over my last HTC phone twice with my truck, once on concrete, and it still worked) and since T-Mobile no longer markets that brand it was a score when I found it on back market. Excellent phone at a fantastic price. Thanks

The phone was great! As described, no issues. HOWEVER when I tried to activate it, Verizon said they no longer use the bandwidths this phone runs on. So I could not use the phone. It seems like the sellers should note this in the description or something. Technically compatible with Verizon, but not actually.

I was looking for refurbished phones and came across Back Market. I was a little hesitant to order since I hadn't heard of them before but glad I did. Found a phone and I'm happy with the way it works. Received my phone in good condition as promised. The only problem I had is the phone arrives with no instructions or suggestions on where to find a manual. It took me awhile to get it set up and was a little frustrating - but that's on me.

So it says I ordered an HTC 10 but I received an HTC 10 evo. Close, but not exactly what the product said when I ordered it. It's a good phone, but there is a little less ram and the picture isn't quite as good. Is there a remedy for this?
