The IPad was actually in the best physical condition. So when I got it out the mail I was happy to see everything functioning well. I mean it’s my first iPad so I was really excited to get one for such an affordable price. Although I do have my doubts with refurbished items, I have purchased an iPhone from Back Market. So I then concluded that they are legit and actually give what your paying. Unfortunately, this time wasn’t the same. Everything was perfect until I had to charge the iPad. It would work then it’d stop. I was upset and surprised because I paid for good condition. I’d understand if it was fair condition but it wasn’t. I tried restarting and even updating but somehow it wouldn’t work. I’ll try to restart it again and check in the morning to see how it’s doing but if I don’t see positive results I’ll be returning it

Shipping was pretty fast. Came in about 2-3 days. Best part of it all it works perfectly fine and my daughter uses it daily. Only thing I would say the charger that comes with it is not the best.
