Ordered and got my iPhone 13 in about 5 days! The quality was excellent which was good since it was an excellent condition. The time allotted game me plenty of time to set up my new phone and then package my old phone and send it back! Super impressed with their refurbishing abilities! I could not tell that the phones I bought (one for me and one for my wife) were refurbished. Neither one had any marks or flaws at all, if didn’t know better you would have thought they were brand new. For the money I saved by buying refurbished from Back Market, to me it’s a no brainer. The phone is in pretty much pristine condition. You could never tell it was refurbished or used or worked on in the past. It looks brand new. The phone itself is amazing. Works perfect, is in immaculate condition. One tiny scuff mark on the top if you really look, but who cares, it's now in a case. Came with protective glass and I couldn't be happier with the phone. Phone arrived a day later even though I paid $30.00 for delivery. I realize it was over Thanksgiving Holiday but that's why I paid extra so it would arrive the day befor Thanksgiving. And of course USPS is not known for their speed. Extremely satisfied with my purchase. Would definitely purchase from this site again. I would like to point out two things that initially left me disappointed but I quickly got over. 1. The product came slightly dirty. Since I purchased Excellent condition, I was worried the phone would have scratches. But in the end, nothing a wipe couldn't fix. 2. Product was not in original packaging. Im sure it says somewhere that product doesn't come in original packaging, I just didn’t see it. I was very hesitant considered I purchased from back market before and I was disappointed, especially since it was a gift. However this time around, I got exactly what I expected and a day earlier than anticipated My iPhone 13 Pro looks brand new! The battery life is also 95% and I haven’t had any problem with it thus far There’s only one scratch on the side but considering it’s always in a case I never ever notice it.
