I purchased the iPhone 13 Pro 512GB - Sierra Blue in Excellent.Condition. It is beautiful with no scratches, nicks or dings. It looks and feels brand new. It has lots of “bells and whistles” compared to my iPhone 8. My purchase was easy and its delivery super fast. I am thrilled with my purchase and I’ll always buy refurbished from Back Market. This new (refurbished) Iphone 13 Pro is great. Size is very compatible with my needs (especially pockets, cameras and microphone and speaker are very good quality. Transferring all my stuff from old IPhone 11 to this was so easy. Thanks to Back Market for all their help making this possible.

I've been buying from BackMarket since 2022 and since that time I've bought phones, watches, and desktop computers all with mostly positive results. I say mostly positive because I once received a phone that through no fault of my own ended up shitting the bed. I never complained or did anything about it because I simply don't have the time or luxury to go through the return process and be without a phone for an extended period of time so I just lived with it. All that said... One's happiness and satisfaction on BackMarket depends entirely upon the research that you do on the seller you're thinking of buying from. If you don't do the research and just buy something based on the the attractive pricing, then you might end up very unsatisfied. You want to find a seller that's been doing business on BackMarket for at least a few years. Why? Because unbeknownst to the seller it's possible for them to have a lemon (even though the products supposedly go through a thorough inspection process). If they've been on BackMarket for a few years, that's enough time for them to sort out their process and build a good reputation despite the odd lemon or bad customer review. And speaking of ...

My new phone has been a really good upgrade thus far. It’s in perfect condition and everything seems to work good. The battery seems to drain a little faster than what Apple said about the phone, but, it hasn’t been a big deal to me. This is probably the 5th phone I’ve purchased from Back Market the past several years and we’ve never had issues with any refurbished phone, so for us, there’s no need to overspend for the latest/greatest phone. And with the ability to trade-in your old phone, Back Market couldn’t have made it any easier to buy a phone.

I thought something was wrong with my 13 pro before, but after I bought another one for a family member it is very noticeable. I purchased a premium quality phone because I wanted a brand new battery but I'm pretty sure my screen was replaced with one that does not support apples pro-motion. The new phone I purchased recently for a family member is an excellent quality and noticeably faster in the screen refresh and scrolling through apps and up and down in settings is much smoother, even though we have the exact same phone. Really disappointed that something like this might have slipped through because the whole reason I got the 13 pro was for the pro-motion and it does not even have it. Bought multiple devices through back market and love the quality I get from here, however this time I guess the refurbisher did not think it would be an issue. I would look into the quality of who refurbishes your products because it looks like some are cutting corners to save money and hoping no one will notice. Well I did.

Device is exactly as described, beautiful condition! Difficult to tell it was ever used by looking at it. My kid says the battery drains faster than his iPhone XR did, but that's the lottery you play with refurbished products! If it gets bad - (it's fine now) - I'll just have the battery replaced. Much cheaper than paying the Apple Tax for a new phone!

Phone looked great and held charge very well after opening up. We finally made time to activate it, and got message that the camera had been replaced with a non-Apple camera. Jury still out on how good the after market camera is. Understand that it’s refurbished, but figured that might be battery and such.

This was my 2nd attempt on ordering an iPhone 13 Pro Max. The last order had to be sent back due to be sent a pro instead of Pro Max. I read tons of reviews where other customers were blown away and amazed with the phones they received. I felt well maybe it's my turn to be wowed and so I pulled the trigger after making my selection. Fir me, anything that could go wrong usually does when ordering from anywhere. I selected 512GB in Good condition, hoping I'd get Excellent, with no or few scratches. I was blown away with my device that also came ahead of schedule. I got an iPhone 13 ProMax, not only in perfect condition, with a minor ding on the corner, (which didn't matter cause I'm keep mine inside cases at all times), but with also 1TB of storage. This dealer SOLIDIFIED my faith in Back Market for refurbished products. If at all possible, I will be using them again and again with future orders. I've had no single issue, nor complaint on this order. I even got the full value quoted on my iPhone that I sold to Back Market a couple weeks prior. Thank you again Back Market and keep up the outstanding work that you and your dealers are doing.

I love my iPhone and pro laptop, both are so like new it’s hard to imagine they are used. This has to be the best way to buy electronics in an ever changing tech world. Sorry I missed the cut off date to write review for laptop but I was busy getting to know all the advances since my 2009 MacBook Pro, and there have been a lot! And the iPhone is big so I can see the screen. A great big thank you to the companies that do such a super job of refurbishing! I’m sharing with everyone who will listen of your great program, I am a customer for life!
