I rate this 5 stars because I’m super impressed with back market, and Certified Refurbished, they meant it when it said excellent, there was no scratches, no dents, nothing, and an extra bonus was it came with 100% battery health, I’ve never bought from apple before and I feel proud to be apart of back market in helping the world, even though I didn’t get the experience of opening a apple box it still feels like I did, so Thanks to all of you that made this possible for me and everyone else, I really appreciate it!

Phone came like it was brand NEW! No scratches no nothing! Came with a brand new charger and box, and when I checked the battery capacity it’s at 100% with only ever being charged 3 times ever. Had my doubts because it refurbished and it’s a gift for someone but I definitely recommend buying from here! Not to mention shipping was free and it came in two days!

The phone came in near mint condition. It arrived nicely wrapped in bubble wrap with a charger. The color that I chose was green and it looks great! setting up the phone was easy, along with syncing the phone

At first I was skeptical and nervous about my purchase because.. well its a refurbished phone but ohhhh my god Im so glad I got It. My new IPhone 15 came completely untouched! It looks wonderful. It runs smoothly. Very happy with my purchase.

I have purchased from Backmarket quite a few times over recent years and despite having one bad experience recently, I gotta say I really do love them! My bad experience was with a iPhone 16, which was supposed to be unlocked but instead was seemingly carrier locked to Xfinity Mobile and had hardware issues surrounding cellular service. But I sent it back to them, they checked it, (I assume) determined it wasn’t fixable and refunded me right way! Their customer service was nothing short of kind and helpful, my only complaint is it often took 12 or more hours to receive any response. Now obviously an iPhone 15 is a small downgrade from iPhone 16, but after the experience I had I decided I’d rather buy their top quality refurbished 15 for close to the same price as their good condition 16. I have no doubts, had I ordered the 16, it would’ve been fine, but I couldn’t help but feel a little hesitant. So far I have gotten this phone setup with no issues at all! Very happy with it! And to speak on the longevity of these refurbished phones, my boyfriend is currently using an iPhone 13 mini I ordered from here about 3-4 years ago! Works absolutely perfect!

I was cautious buying a refurbished iphone but after extensive research I decided that BackMarket would be my choice. I upgraded from iPhone SE (2020) to an iPhone 15. The phone arrived in 3 days and appeared in pristine condition, no scratches or scuff marks. After transferring over the phone has performed flawlessly. There is of course a slight operational learning curve but the iPhone 15 is performing as it should. My hesitation to purchase a refurbished iPhone has been eliminated and I am now looking forward to replacing my old Nokia with an BackMarket refurbished iPhone. Batttery health is 87% and is acceptable to me.

As i expected from my previous purchase a few years ago great service was shipped quickly and phone works great with no imperfections. I ordered a good quality and got that and more. Very happy with purchase. Back Market never disappoints me is reliable and my go to for refurbished devices.

I am very happy with my iPhone15. I haven't figured out how to transfer all of my photos yet, but that's on me. The delivery was quick and the condition of the phone is excellent so far. I highly recommend buying refurbished technology from Back Market. Thank you!!

I’m happy with my new iPhone 15! It’s in good shape and it doesn’t have any outside flaws that I can see with my naked eye ( although I did get excellent condition). Though I’m not impressed with the battery capacity ( 87% ) it still holds charge good. It’s what i expected refurbished, and I’d buy from here again!
