I ordered this because the IPhone 7 was my first phone and I locked myself out of my old one so I bought this one for a backup and nostalgic reasons. There were slight scratches on the phone but I wasn’t mad at that because I was expecting that. The sound and graphics quality were impeccable. And I also customised the background and homepage. So if I could rate it 10/5 I would but I can’t, so yeah a 10/5 for me

The phone was as described. My SON loves it. Shipping was normal so it was OK but I am very happy with my purchase.

First of all I didn’t think it would still be able to be activated… that went very well. I’m very pleased to have purchased this phone. She loves it very much. Thank you for providing awesome products for us to buy!

I love the phone it came with 100% battery capacity which is rare to me. Little to no scratches on the front and back the only downside is side is the phone over heats a lot I had it for 1 and 1/2 day so far and it overheated 4 times I had to put it in the fridge lol but yeah it didn’t come with an box for the charger

For an old phone from 2016, I’m amazed how they are able to keep these so clean and in optimally running performance. It came as a surprise, and they surely blew it out of the park. Bought a brand new one in perfect condition and boy…….we’re my hands up! ✋🏽😄🤚🏽 It was perfect!

i was so happy with my order it came within 3 days ! got here pretty fast & the condition was excellent i recommend everybody to order from back market its a really good website for refurbish phones . overall i was so good with my iphone 7

I’m very satisfied with the product which is a refurbished iPhone 7, the dissatisfaction I have is with myself because I should have spent a little more to get a new battery with the phone and I wasn’t sure if a refurbished phone came with a new battery or not. FOR ANY ONE WONDERING THE SAME THING: No a refurbished phone does not Come with a new battery. However, Back Market is with the money!

So easy to initiate a return even for my stupidity. Turns out this phone’s iOS capability doesn’t support the apps I want to use. Back Market has made it so easy to return my item when I bought it without doing proper research.
