    We had to exchange the first device for another. Returns were easy and the seller issued a refund to purchase another device. Unfortunately, the iphone 7 model will not be supported anymore. Kind of a waste of time and money. the device itself had the standard occasional issues as a refurbished device would have;occasional glitching and non responsiveness (my other child had a brand new iPhone that also had these occasional issues so I'm not too terribly upset). Overall though, I'm happy with the purchase. I just wish we would have known sooner that Apple wasn't going to allow the 7 to be supported anymore. I will continue to use Back Market as they are doing their best to help out those who cannot afford to buy brand new devices every year. Thanks Back Market!!

    Like many others, money is tight in my house, and buying a new phone isn't possible. I found BackMarket after browsing around other places looking for a good used phone. My old iPhone 6 was getting very slow so I wanted a newer faster phone, but I don't need all the fancy cameras and such on newer iPhones. I found an iPhone 7 in excellent condition for only $120. Wow! It arrived in only 2 days and it's amazing. Much faster and it looks brand new! When I need another "new" phone, I'm coming back to BackMarket so I can save money and the environment. Refurbished and recycled phones are great at BackMarket.

    I was nervous about buying a refurbished phone but I couldn't find a affordable iPhone 7 plus anywhere else...is got the rose gold 7plus and it was gorgeous...not a scratch on it...it works perfect and I will definitely be buying my electronics from Backmarket in the future....I recommend them for sure😁 so glad I took the risk...I'm very pleased with my purchase 💗💗💗

    Bought this in 2020 and still works great! I was ordering another phone (not to replace this one, btw) and didn't realize I hadn't rated this purchase. Can't believe it's been over 2 years. Definitely glad we went with a refurbished phone from BackMarket!

    if your looking for a good, cheap iPhone this is it!! This was only 160 and I’ve had it for a month now and it still works as if it’s brand new!! The speakers sound brand new and when I got the phone it already came with a screen protector! You may see a little scratches but that’s expected with a refurbished phone but they are barely even noticeable you have to really look at it to tell! Overall I recommend this phone !! Definitely worth the 160 I’ve spent ! (I got this iPhone in gold) it does come with a charger but the charger didn’t last long so it’s just better to buy a better charger at a store !

    Although I was heavily skeptical about purchasing a phone that is at such a low price, i am so happy i went with it. The phone came perfect, it was fully charged & had 94% battery health which is astonishing since the phone is refurbished. It is completely unlocked so you can use it with any carrier, i activated my phone within 10 minutes. Appearance wise: It looked brand new , i bought this phone in “GOOD” condition which means it could come with a few scruffs or scratches but NOPE it looked brand new. Shipping & Delivery was accurate , came in exactly 3 days . I do wish the packaging would have been a bit more protected though

    For this price, this was an AMAZING refurbished iPhone. It came looking basically brand new and this was “good” condition, but I think it was excellent. It only had a microscopic knick at the top and a slight bending to the body but they were far from anything serious. Great job, great price and accurately listed (AT&T variant). If I need another, I know who I can trust.

    So, this is the third purchase either myself or a direct family member has made with Back Marketing first bought an iPhone XS Max, and after receiving it and seeing it was indeed what they said it was, I was pretty satisfied with the purchase. I then recommended the affordable option to my mom, who herself purchased an iPhone 11. Hers was also In very good condition, and fully functional. This time, I purchased an iPhone 7 for my daughter, and the phone itself was indeed in very good shape as was specified by Back Market. The only two possible “issues” I might have would be, the battery heath on the XS Max was at 84% when I received it. A little low for what I was expecting having gone with the most premium condition phone available in its class; the second issue was when I received the iPhone 7, there was a passcode already configured on the phone that I had no knowledge of or way to get into the phone. I called my mobile service provider, and they directed me to the Apple store, to which they did indeed reset the phone completely for free.     Service was great, phone as advertised. I just wish the iPhone 7 didn't use up its charge so fast. My next phone will, I hope, be better in that department--and larger overall. I am not a fan of tiny typing.
