The phone i got looked brand new. not a single scratch or ding. They even put a screen protector on it for me. This is the best refurbished phone i have gotten. I'll be getting another one from them if this one ever dies.

I am learning how to use the phone, so I am watching instructions on you tube. So far, everything is going great. The condition was in excellent condition. The delivery was very prompt, fast, and accurate in timing. Maybe I will purchase a case for the phone. Thank you, Dorothy! PS It is very exciting to deal with an Honest company like Back Market. Also who refurbishes the phones are honest and great.

I love backmarket for great deals. This iPhone 7 looks and works great. I gave almost nothing for it. Every system in here runs smooth. I would recommend if you need a quick replacement phone. 2 issues to address are battery life. Which is not as great as I’d like. I was use to charging at the end of every evening. With this phone I have to charge 2 times daily. Sometimes 3 depending on my phone use and I use my phone for everything! Signal is another issue but that’s an apple issue not a backmarket issue. I live in a very rural area. The phones signal is horrible out here. When I’m in town it’s great. I’m still pretty happy with my quick replacement phone.

I ordered this iPhone 7 in 2020. It's 2024 now, as I write this. The phone has worked great! But it's very old now and struggles to do basic things. The battery has lived it's life. And the newest iOS is not compatible. I just bought a much newer phone (Google Pixel 7) from BackMarket to replace this ancient iPhone 7. I have never had a bad experience with BackMarket and have recommended them to friends and family people who, as far as I'm aware, have also had a great experience.

Just getting around to rating this as I'm looking into another new purchase. I purchased this iPhone 7 plus over 2 years ago and it's still going strong! No signs of wear or tear and I've somehow kept it that way. The only reason I'm looking to upgrade is becasue I can't seem to get all of the updates on this older version of iPhone anymore sadly. This was the second iPhone I purchased from back market and it's now the only place I will purchase phones from. I plan on purchasing 2 more phones in the next few months from back market.

I really like my IPhone 7 plus phone. It has the larger size screen and has the dual cameras which take much better pictures than my Samsung Galaxy A03. It syncs with my IPad which is good. I can only update to ios 15.8.1 unfortunately so some Apps will not work on my phone. Oh, well.

The sound doesn't work very well. Have to use it on speaker or air pods. I moved overseas when right after I purchased so i could not take advantage of the warranty or return. I know it was an Apple issue though. Other than that I've purchased from here before and would again.

It came very fast! Phone works very good ! My daughter loves it! Works like a new phone ! And I have no problems with it as of yet. No scratches no dents looks like a brand new phone , works like one too . I love it Thank you! I’ll be ordering again soon from this app ! All I did was go to my phone store app and put the sim info in and it worked asap! Very happy customer great customer service with seller as well thank you!

The phone was in good condition, and I am satisfied with the purchase overall. I have talked to support to replace the battery approaching within the year. They were easy to get the process started for me to send my phone in for battery replacement.
