I received my MacBook Pro quickly and in an excellent condition, as promised in the description. The Magsafe adapter looks new and also the battery only had 1 cycle. I’ve been working with my MacBook Pro for some days and it runs perfectly. I easily could transfer a Time Machine backup and restored my old work flow. I’m very satisfied with this product and the service of BackMarket. For me it’s totally worth it to look for a refurbished MacBook and again BackMarket delivered. The customer service is outstanding. I love buying refurbished, and this my 3rd purchase from Back Market. (I previously purchased and Imac and an Apple Watch.). The MacBook Pro that I received was just as advertised. I recently purchased a MacBook Pro (2021) 16-inch - M1 Pro (10-core CPU, 16-core GPU) - 16GB RAM - 512GB SSD from Back Market in “Good” refurbished condition, and I have to say—I’m beyond impressed. As someone with experience repairing these laptops, I can confidently say this unit is in excellent condition. The battery health is at 92%, the display is flawless, and all ports function perfectly. The only imperfections are a very small hairline scratch on the Apple logo and a tiny chip near one of the feet on the bottom, both of which are barely noticeable. Given the price, this was an amazing deal, and I highly recommend considering refurbished products from Back Market. The overall experience was exceptional—customer service was responsive and helpful, shipping was fast, and the website is well-designed and easy to use. I also traded in my iPad, and while the process is still ongoing, the trade-in value quoted was great. The MacBook Pro I purchased is in excellent condition, despite being graded as "fair." I cannot see any flaws at all. I've had it for a week now and have been working with it daily, and it's working beautifully. I am very happy with my purchase. I would absolutely recommend buying a refurbished product from iPower Resale and Backmarket. This purchase came after 2 failed attempts with other purchases. I first purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro from Loop Mobile through Backmarket. It appeared to be working well at first, but after a few hours of use, it started incessantly beeping every 7 seconds. This would happen every day. I was going nuts trying to troubleshoot it and went back and forth with Backmarket support. After running apple diagnostics, I discovered it had a faulty battery. The customer support was excellent and the return was seamless. I assumed that the first bad Mac Book was just really bad luck because I had previously purchased an iPhone and iPad through Backmarket and they were excellent (and have been excellent for years). I immediately purchased another Mac Book Pro, also from Loop Mobile through Backmarket. This one also appeared to be working well ...

I ordered in excellent condition. The product came perfect. Arrived in an apple certified refurbished box. It also came with a third-party keyboard and mouse, I ended up using my mouse and keyboard from my older iMac. But the third-party once provided work fine. I went through all of the settings, everything is exactly as it's supposed to be. Not a single scratch. Very satisfied with this purchase. Also I order on the 7th and it arrived on the 10th. It was originally estimated to arrive on the 14th but it shipped out the same day I ordered it. Very fast delivery.

I was pleasantly surprised by my purchase of my Macbook Pro. It was shipped very quickly and arrived damaged free. The condition I purchased was "good", so I didn't expect much. However, there was hardly any signs of wear on it, besides a small mark on the side. I was able to update the OS to the latest version, shocking me because the model year is 2019. I had it for around a couple of weeks and have experienced no problems at all. I even received emails making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Combine this with the year warranty, I am worry free taking the leap and buying a refurbished product. I will have no issues purchasing more products from Back Market in the future.

The 2020 refurbished iMac is my 3rd purchase from Back Market. The iMac looked great. Much better than I expected. It also functions with no problems at all. It was packed and protected well for a safe and surprisingly fast delivery. I've come to believe that Back Market holds its vendors to a high standard and because of my experiences with them I will continue to check with them for future purchases.

I was definitely a bit apprehensive about purchasing refurbished let alone not from an authorised retailer, but back market has not only earned my permanent business but also granted me peace of mind about purchasing in the future. I ordered a 2019 MacBook Pro 16" in good condition and couldn't be more pleased. Outside of a few light scratches on the exterior casing it arrived in great condition; far better than expected. Battery life is what is to be expecting out of a refurbished device, so no complaints there. I highly recommend both Back Market as well as the seller Omaha Blue for your purchasing needs.
