The MacBook Pro 16” (M2, 2023) that I received is indistinguishable from a new MacBook. The seller did an excellent job with clean up, provided appropriate charging blocks and cables, and took care to ensure the machine was ready for me to simply connect my Apple ID and make the magic happen. Huge kudos to the seller & BackMarket for brining me a refurbished product that’ll last for years & meet the needs of my business.

Absolutely loving my MacBook Air so far. Can’t tell at all that it was refurbished/previously owned; it looks and feels brand new. I researched for quite a long time to find the right laptop to replace my 2015 MacBook Air as a PhD student, and I’m so happy I went with this model!

It was time for a new computer as mine was getting too old to be supported or upgrade much anymore. I've learned to turn to Back Market for the buy. This is my third purchase to date, and everything has been wonderful. I have an iPad, a MacBook Air, and now a MacBook Pro from them. I've also been telling people who didn't know about this option. Was very suspicious of this site at first, but eventually got curious enough to try it. Ensured that the refurbisher had a strong reputation and ordered a 14" M1 MacBook Pro. Order arrived sooner than expected, and I was very impressed with the device. No signs of any wear on the device being rated as only "Good" condition. Battery only went through 50 cycles, so basically good as new. Everything runs smoothly with no errors. Considering all the bull**** pricing that Apple is doing with their new devices ($200 dollars for 16GB RAM, what a joke), getting this device for only 800 dollars with trade in is such a steal, it's not even funny. I highly recommend getting a refurbished M1 Pro from sites such as this one over getting the newer overpriced crap from Apple themselves, as they actually offer more performance for price.

I ordered one in excellent condition and I am beyond impressed, it might as well be brand new. Came in the original box with an Apple charger. I wouldn’t have known it was refurbished if I didn’t buy it myself. Will definitely buy from back market again!

Really nice computer. Came pretty fast, around 2-3 days. I picked the “good” condition and it looks pretty good for being refurbished. Minimal wear on the edges but not a big deal. Would recommend. Bought it for school and haven’t had really any problems. Sometimes a little slow but nothing worrisome.

I couldn't be happier. Was hesitant ordering a refurbish, but wow. Machine looks and feels brand new. Came in manufacturer box, flawless, everything exactly as i ordered, was delivered right away. Back Market is clearly a premium service and i will definitely be coming back.

I’m pleased with my purchase. The computer was physically in excellent condition. There was some chunky stuff in the keyboard which prevented the W and E keys to not register properly, but I was able to clean it out! Overall, the computer looks great, the specs are great, and it’s perfect for my job. I would definitely order from BackMarket and this specific refurbisher again! Edit: I did have to clean and disinfect the entire laptop. There were crumbs and juice or coffee stains in the body of the computer.

They shipped it out quickly so I was very happy about that. The MacBook came in excellent condition, with a couple of minor blemishes but that's totally fine for what I paid. Only time will tell if this machine goes the distance (refurbished) but I'm very optimistic. I would definitely buy from them again!
