I received my Motorola g play today and I thought it was going to be refurbished but it is not. It's a beautiful heavy weighed phone like the newer Samsung 20 model phones 📱. The only thing is that it don't have fast charge. Other than that iam perfectly satisfied and will not buy another from a carrier other Back Market. This is my 2nd phone in less than 2 month's. The 1st one was the Samsung a10e, which is very small a 5"6 inch screen, so I decided to purchase a bigger size phone and went with the Motorola. I already ordered the case and it will be in by Friday. Thank you Back Market you have a purchaser for life.

Back market gave me the best service that anyonecouldaskfor. The razr came looking like brand new and it came 2 days earlier than expected. I must be honest I was worried because it is reconditioned, but all that doubt and worries went away when I opened the box and surprised my wife. Thank you back market.

So here's what happened: I ordered this phone. It was shipped promptly and delivered on a Saturday. It's in great condition and works as expected. Imagine that! After two absolutely horrible, unacceptable experiences with the big A (whom I have stopped doing business with altogether because of it), I'm SO glad I didn't give up on finding a refurbished phone. This is my second Edge 2022 and it has a STELLAR camera, just like the first one. Looks and works like new. Thank you for not making me bang my head against a wall. Very happy.

As a single mother to a child with special needs who also helps take care of my elderly parents to say money is tight is a gross understatement. This refurbished option coupled with PayPal's offer to split the payment was a life saver. I always have to be available and Back Market made it possible for me to not even skip a beat. This is my first ever experience buying a refurbished phone, so I had only a theoretical idea of what I was getting into and family and friends were equally clueless. Backmarket Itself made the process very foolproof with a lot of the information that I needed – such as switching SIM cards and data – not only available but specifically sent to me. Even a technological fool like me could switch phones with little problem. My one problem was not with Backmarket itself but with Android 12. While I had looked up this model of phone to see if there were any common problems I had not done the same with the operating system and was surprised when my phone’s keyboard didn't pop up. Backmarket’s online customer service was easy to go through but had no suggestion on how to fix Android 12 keyboard issues. Since I couldn't figure out how to get a live customer service representative on the phone, I was either going to have to repair it myself or go without a phone for several days while Backmarket did the repairs. I decided to try one day of attempting to fix it myself before sending the phone off. Luckily the keyboard missing problem was a common one with Android 12 and easily fixed. I w...

The condition of the phone was better than I expected, it arrived sooner than I anticipated, and it works better than I imagined. Setup was so easy, it was ready to use in a few short minutes. It also came with a charging cable. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend buying here again.

I love my Motorola one 5g ace. it's a fantastic device came to me fast was better than expected. no complaints at all... except for one, but it's a complaint about myself... I neglected to purchase a rugged case with tempered glass for my ace and now my Ace has a shattered face. but that's my bad, not yours.. I'll be back shopping soon. but I'm very happy to say I did buy 2 years of extended coverage through you guys. I never ordered from Back Market and after some scrolling through Reddit (more trustworthy than effing Google atm) I decided to risk it and order. I wanted to give it a few weeks before I reviewed it in case any bugs presented themselves. I'm happy to say I have nothing to report. The phone arrived early and in great condition. It was unlocked as they advertised - which was a big concern because I use Tello. The screen is crisp and an upgrade from my previous phone. It's responsive to touch and doesn't lag too bad when it loads. Accurately, I had a Nord 200 before this. In terms of responsiveness this phone was a lateral move. Nothing fancy but definitely functional. My only issue is that it takes longer to charge than my old device but not by too noticable a degree. I'm still able to listen to YouTube videos at work for 6+ hours without it being dead by time I go to bed. That's noteworthy because this new phone is two years younger so I wasn't expecting that. All in all, I have no real complaints and would cautiously recommend purchasing. Just be sure to research the specific retailer you by from before placing your order.

The service with Back Market is excellent. Although refurbished, the phone arrived clean and looking brand new. I went from an old Samsung Note to this Moto G. I would have to say that after having a Samsung Note w/ stylus and having the Moto now, I would go back to the Samsung. But, I chose the Moto primarily because of affordability. I will say though, I like the weight (it's lighter). But, there are things that I find a little weird and awkward. Like the inability to quickly access your gallery photos. You have to go to the camera setting first and then press another button. And, not having the immediate access to actually get in the phone. At present, you have to swipe the screen several times to access. Just weird and odd. All this being said though, I would not hesitate to purchase through Back Market again—for another product.
