I am really happy with my phone (OnePlus 10 Pro) and my experience using Back Market. My phone was shipped quickly and arrived within a week of ordering it. I can't tell it is even refurbished or that it is not new. It looks new and operates lightning fast. It was packaged professionally and has had not a single issue so far (it's been a few weeks). I'm very satisfied with Backmarket and with the refurbishers responsible for my Oneplus 10 Pro. Ordered mine in excellent condition and there isn't a scratch on it any where. Great price. Looks and feels brand new. Only downside is they don't come with the original charger, just a cord which is fine. Just keep in mind if you buy one on here you'll need to get the official Warp Charger and OnePlus cord elsewhere. Overall 10/10 experience, will be using BackMarket again. Overall I like the device although it took time getting used to the OS and customizing everything again. The battery discharges more rapidly than I would hope for but that may just need to be replaced.

I went with the Premium option, and the phone was in immaculate condition! Showed up in the original box with all the original accessories. The 2-day shipping was no joke either. Very happy with Backmarkets service, and love the phone!

10/10 pleased with my OnePlus 10 Pro from Back Market. I chose the "good" condition option and the only blemishes I could find were 2 teeny tiny nicks on one side maybe the size of the tip of a needle each. The phone works perfectly and feels brand new! Shipping was fast although I would have preferred an option other than FedEx as they did not allow options to pick up or re-route the package (and only deliver during times when most people are at work) due to signature requirement.

It's fast and efficient in all commands. I'm very pleased with my purchase. The condition is flawless.

I had the 8T and I am loving this upgrade. Love the camera and upgraded software. Easy to understand and very navigate.

Phone in great condition. Just a few divots on the bottom corners. Screen in excellent condition. Battery life is not great, especially conpared to the OnePlus 7 Pro. But the phone is lightning fast and has some super cool functions. I had fun playing with the settings. Takes excellent photos. Phone arrived with zero charge. You don't receive a charging cord, they only send a data trasfer cord. Which I realize you can use to charge, but super inconvenient, if you don't have an adapter. I did have to buy a case on a different site, because Back Market doesn't carry them. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. OnePlus has some great flagships. Will use Back Market for future phone purchases.
