I have had the OnePlus 11 for over a week now and it works like it's brand new! I switched from Iphone to the OnePlus 11 and it was a very easy process. I will absolutely use BackMarket again in the future!

I upgraded to the OnePlus 11 from my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I ordered the "good condition," knowing I'd be putting it in a case, and any cosmetic blemishes would be covered. I was delighted to get my phone and not be able to find any blemishes whatsoever. I have no idea what would separate this device from an "excellent condition" device. I have yet to find any flaws. The eternal green is marketed as being smooth in hand, and it is very smooth indeed. My wife immediately commented on how slick it is. But my plan from the outset was to put it in a case, so the texture is not an issue. I even found a clear case, so I still get to enjoy that awesome green color. The fast charging is excellent. Battery life is great. Even with no battery saving features enabled, I am easily getting a solid 24 hours of light to moderate use. I'll throw it on the charger while getting ready in the morning and have plenty of juice at the end of the day. I have been impressed with the cameras. I've seen mixed reviews on these cameras, but I'm guessing those reviewers were not coming from a 7-year-old device. I have been very pleased with the camera array. I LOVE IT!! ITS AWESOME!! and I didn't have to pay retail price, that's the best birthday gift to myself ever . I do highly recommend back market.com to anyone I know or hear that's looking for a new device.

my phone was pristine not a scratch on it it was like it was brand new. I've enjoyed it so much that I'm about to buy my wife and one just like it I'm very thankful to back market there's no way I'd have been up to afford another phone like I did before that's as good as this one for the price that I paid for this one

I paid for an "Excellent" condition phone and can confirm - it's in excellent condition. No scratches, blemishes, dings, on the outside. Battery health at 100%. Basically brand new...for less than half the MSRP. The one negative thing is that it did not come with its own fast charger - just a cheap USBa/USBc cable. Still 5-Stars because BackMarket doesn't give chargers to anyone, even for specialized fast chargers like the one that comes with a new OnePlus 11.

While ultimately I'm deciding to return the phone, it was shipped to me quickly and in the expected condition. The phone's issues are something that I'd see in a new model, so was not the fault of the seller. Would trust them for my future mobile phone needs.

The phone works wall and was in excellent condition when I received it. unfortunately the phone they sent was black and not gold as ordered, by the time I received it the price went up and all the gold were sold out. Not worth returning it and paying more

The phone is beautiful and flawless. I'd consider it great condition instead of just good. It's a massive upgrade from my One Plus 8t.

So I bought the gold version because it was the only one to pick from at the time, but I received a volcano black one. The phone didnt have a sim tool so i had to source my own, the charger was for a iphone and rated for 20watts type-c to type-c, which confused me. not looking for a oneplus charger but like wasnt expecting a iPhone charger.
