When purchasing the phone, it was clearly advertised as ‘dual SIM,’ only for it to arrive and turn out to be a nano SIM. This is incredibly disappointing, especially since my primary reason for choosing this phone was its dual SIM functionality. This kind of misleading information is frustrating and unacceptable. It’s the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and it has left me questioning the accuracy and reliability of the product listing.

The condition of the phone was really great, actually stellar. One issue I'm having is that while the phone is unlocked, the Verison apps can't be deleted, so I get continual "reminders" that I am not using a Verison sim card. (I am currently using Mint.) So that is an occasional annoyance. What I find especially disturbing, however, is that while the MSNBC app can play commercials perfectly fine, the actual content freezes up. The same is true for Pluto TV, so it seems like there is a more generic issue at work. (YouTube works fine, so if that's all you watch, great!)
