Shipped fast and works great! I ordered two different phones from the same seller and the quality on both was great. the OnePlus 8 128G I ordered was the wrong color (was supposed to be green but ended up being the Interstellar Glow color they have) but I'm not even mad I like the color I got way more.

I already sent the OnePlus 8 back and got a refund. It was listed on Back Market as "Unlocked", and I incorrectly thought that in addition to it being unlocked with regard to the cell-service provider, that it also would have been able to have its bootloader unlocked. However, on that particular device, OEM unlocking was prohibited, so the device was totally useless for me. I need a device where the bootloader can be unlocked, and since that was impossible on this OnePlus 8, I sent the device back for a refund. If you know of a OnePlus 8 which allows OEM unlocking, I'll be glad to use my refund towards purchasing such a device. When purchasing the phone, it was clearly advertised as ‘dual SIM,’ only for it to arrive and turn out to be a nano SIM. This is incredibly disappointing, especially since my primary reason for choosing this phone was its dual SIM functionality. This kind of misleading information is frustrating and unacceptable. It’s the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and it has left me questioning the accuracy and reliability of the product listing.

I've had the phone for about 10 months now, and am super happy with it. The refurbish was good, just as described and with good battery. The OnePlus 8 itself is great, it's fast, and I've never been frustrated with it.

Excellent working

The battery life is bad barely lasts but was claimed to be 90% battery life. The phone cuts in and out from the tower all day long also.

I am very happy with the quality of the One Plus 8. It arrived quickly and in pristine conditions. I highly recommend Back Market as it is silly to buy a brand new phone when the depreciation is so fast. THANK YOU TO ALL AT BACK MARKET. Best wishes.

Maybe I don't have an eye for detail but if I didn't know it was refurbished, I would've thought it was new. Only complaint is that the battery runs pretty hot when it's charging. I couldn't be more satisfied, coming from a pixel 2
