The DualShock 4 I received was in excellent condition — looks untouched and functions perfectly. The controller was lighter in weight; the two-tone color was different which I was initially skeptical when I saw it was the CUH-ZCT2E model (a European region SKU). After some research, I confirmed it’s a legitimate Sony variant, just regionally different. No issues with performance or compatibility so far. Just a heads-up for others who might be surprised by the model number and weight — it’s still the real deal.

Yeah, it's just a refurb Dualshock4, but it honestly feels brand new. All of the buttons have that brand new, firm touch, the TouchPad works perfectly, the charging port looks brand new, and the haptic motors are crisp. 11/10 will be buying at least one more. AND it was on sale.

it has a few glitches but it works I don't hate it and like it's soso maybe next time it should not say excellent condition because it's more like it's in use condition but like I said I don't hate it and I don't like it so it's soso the right joystick does have a glitch but it's okay
