The item was delivered quickly with all the listed accessories. The Ninja electric grill appeared unused as there was no discoloration from grease, smoke or high temps (which will occur during first use). All functions work as intended by Ninja. The reason it appears to be a second or refurb is there were two locations under the lip of the hood where the metal was curled out (like it wasn't originally bent into a U shape properly at the factory). As Ninja recommends wiping the inside of the hood while its still warm, these are no bueno as they would slice through a wet/damp paper towel and your hand. Thus I simply bent the lip back to the intended shape with needle nose pliars, and have a like-new grill for half price.

I love!! I was honestly a little scared to buy a cooking appliance off here when I have only ever bought phones but I’ll never buy an appliance that’s not from here again! Cheap and works perfectly!!! Thank you!!!

This blender was pretty much brand new. Actually would say brand new, it seemed like it had never been used. Absolutely worth the purchase. And I’m totally glad that I got it. We use it very often.

Item arrived super fast but battery life was only like 30 minutes. I sent it back for a replacement but only got a refund. Since I used my refer a friend promo I got a total of $1.20 as a refund. Waste of time trying to refer people and then get nothing.

While I appreciate the fact I was able to get refunded from my purchase. I was incredibly disappointed.. I was looking forward to getting a coffee grinder secondhand since they are far and few between. However, the product came absolutely filthy and covered in grinds with a goodwill sticker for $8 on the back and I paid about 60! Was not "refurbished" at all.

I never received my order. When I go to track it they picture clearly shows the wrong house, I went on fed ex website put in tracking number it says delivered. it doesn’t say where it just a picture of a porch that’s not minez then I report missing package and it says the address doesn’t match? So I can’t even report it and show proof. How? I ordered from you guys before the shipping is the same is billing. Where is my order? I tried calling fed ex and it says the house numbers don’t match. Where did you send it? Now I gotta wait this is so inconvenient. Idk if I want to order from you again. I expect to hear back In 24 hours.
