Overall pretty happy with the quality and speed that this refurbished iPhone has, but the battery was older than the phone I was replacing so I went to Apple for a $69 battery replacement. Still cheaper than buying a new phone, but seems like battery replacements are no longer guaranteed on BackMarket. This is my fourth or fifth phone that I have purchased on here and I had never had to worry about the battery issue.

This was my first experience with Back Market and it did not go off without a long hitch. The phone is fine now, but I was unable to transfer info into it. A call to Back Market's customer service only led to being given a phone number to Apple Support. That rep was wonderful, but we had to spend a lot of unnecessary time to walk through getting past the voiceover feature that the refurbisher left on. What should have taken a few minutes to set up this phone ended up taking almost 3 hours to do so.

The phone is in great conditions, turns on & works/functions great. The only issue I have is the battery in the phone is degrading. It’s only at 78% capacity in terms of remaining battery life which means I’ll have to bring it to an Apple Store soon to have it serviced & replace the battery. Beyond that the seller is great & sells good refurbished products.

The purchase was super easy, shipping was fast and arrived before Christmas. Phone wasn’t pristine by any means, but being a used refurbished phone, it was in great shape. The only reason I am giving 4 stars, is when I started to set up the phone (copied from my daughters phone since it was a gift for her) there was a message that popped up that said something like “Display can’t be verified by Apple” (maybe different verbiage). It still works fine but it was repaired with non Apple parts and I really don’t care about that.my problem was that I had to read the FAQ’s to find out what it meant. If it’s in the fine print somewhere the. I must have missed it. Overall, great purchase and will most likely purchase from BackMarket in the future.

Very happy with my experience purchasing a refurbished phone for my 83 yr old father. He’s always had a trac phone and paid for minutes. This phone was affordable and easy to use. Plus I traded in a phone and got money back to help with the cost.

I love my phone. Only thing is that it came with 80% battery life which I’m not sure how good that is. But hey, it’s a refurbished phone!! What do you expect?? It’s nice tho and is working beautifully. Thank you back market I will be back to purchase more.

Got the phone in excellent condition and it’s good no cracks minor scuffs but it’s not a problem for me since last phone broke and it was easy transition for data and it’s true to color the only thing is the battery life not so great but that’s because it’s refurbished but overall good quality and condition would recommend for the price of it 😌💗

I am the happiest lady in the world right now!! My iPhone SE arrived before the date stated, packaged securely and in mint condition!! I truly recommend this site for making my life easier by using refurbished tech! Excellent 5 stars definitely!

I haven't carried an iPhone for years and never a personal (vs work-issued) one, though I've bought them for family members. I just got my first set of hearing aids and had trouble pairing them with my android phones, so iPhone for the win! Worked like a charm. It arrived in very good condition (it was not explicit that it was refurbished but given the value pricing and age of the model it was more or less assumed), on the expected date and works perfectly. My only complaint is that when bought knew I understand they come with earbuds or at least the lightning -> aux connector for same, this did not.
