the good is, my mother is super pleased with how it looks and its features. her only complaint is she wishes she did it sooner. she said the volume has some issues sometimes with calls but she loves it and it came in amazing quality.

When I bought the fair condition I was expecting it to be cracked and the battery would be no so great. When I received my phone, the battery was great, the phone looked brand new and I didn’t see any cracks. I felt like u had just gotten a brand new phone for cheap! I would recommend the fair condition because it is just as great as the rest of them I’m assuming. Thank you Back Market!

this isn't my first purchase from backmarket. that is why i brought my business back to them. I am very happy with my first purchase, even more happier with my latest purchase of a iphone 11. Ok so I’m just gonna get this part out of the way, I was really nervous to order off of here because I’m really paranoid about websites that sell refurbished stuff cause you never know of it could come in broken. But oh my gosh I couldn’t recommend this website enough! I ordered a 64g unlocked iPhone 11 in excellent, and it’s practically new, there was only a little scratch on the bottom of the back but I really don’t care. The battery health is at 91% and can last me through school, watching movies, playing games, etc. which is a big upgrade from my last phone! 5 ⭐️!!

I clicked on 4 out of 5. I didn't click on 5 because I am not a website power user and I know even less about buying a cell phone. So I was clicking around in a befuddled state only due to my own shortcomings. I feel bad that I can't honestly give a 5. The website and information was plentiful and spot on. The emails that I received at every step of the way, with a pinch of humor, were very nice. I was kept aware of everything. Including to "be ready today" because my delivery was expected...and was made. The phone itself is perfect. It is claimed that it has been refurbished. They may be not telling the truth. It seems like it is Brand NEW! I will definitely use Back Market again when the need hopefully rises for my growing business. Then I will be able to give a full 5 smiley face review since I will know what I am doing!

This upgrade for my iphone was a great bargain. The phone looks new and so easy to set up. This is my third phone from Back Market and I will continue to shop their store for well refurbished phones. I am so happy to have this shop available!

My verified reconditioned iPhone11 arrived promptly and is in excellent condition. Looks like a new phone. I've had it for a full week now and it has worked perfectly. It came with 97% battery health and holds a charge easily for more than a day despite heavy use by me. I have had other Back Market phones before and highly recommend them. Setup was easy as I paired it with my old iPhone.
