The refurbished Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones exceeded my expectations! The sound quality is exceptional, with rich bass and crisp highs, and the noise-canceling is second to none. They look and feel brand new, with no signs of previous use. The comfort and battery life make them perfect for long listening sessions. Highly recommend—worth every penny! Only issue is it arrived 4 days later than what was expected.

I love buying refurbished! Ease the burden for our beautiful planet :) So as long as the product functions as expected, I'm happy - and these headphones work just like new! As far as the headphones themselves, they aren't the BEST by any means. They are not quite noise cancelling, and sound engineering isn't as nuanced as I'd ideally like, so can be hard to hear details when I'm DJing, but at my level it gets the job done. 4/5 for the product, 5/5 for BackMarket!!

They work great, but they came in dirty. I know they are used but being refurbished I expected that they would at least clean them, but they were covered in oil and the inside foam of one of the earphones had white stuff on it. Used stuff can come in dirty, but part of the refurbishing process is normally cleaning, part of why it is labeled as "refurbished". They came in their original box with the aux cord, but no charger, which isn't a huge deal.

Back Market rocks... we sorely need businesses like this that refurbish and redistribute all the perfectly good products we have available. Incredible communication and quick turn around - and this farmer appreciates the savings on their tech. Thanks, y'all.

I had never heard of Back Market until my partner told me about them. I'm so happy I bought these! They're in perfect condition and it makes me feel more conscientious as a consumer to buy refurbished and to give tech new life instead of buying something new for the sake of it being new. Highly recommend Back Market and buying refurbished!

The headphones are great! They really are a “like-new” product. Everything works, they’re comfortable, and are honestly one of the best pairs of headphones I’ve ever had. The only thing is I wish I knew it just was the headphones. I didn’t get the aux wire, or the plane adapter, or the carrying case. It makes sense since they are refurbished but I wish I got some of the og stuff.

I like it. But packaging is BAD BAD BAD!!!! I ordered 7 or 8 items from backmarket so far but everything is ok except this Sony headset shipper. This shipper used beaten up fire alarm box to ship it to me.

the headphones are honestly in the perfect condition, i feel that they're better than good. they came in the original box and the instructions made them easy to set up. they're the perfect noise cancelling/traveler headphone; definitely worth the $80 i spent!!
