Verified purchaseThe headphones were clearly dropped on the left side and suffer some mechanical damage as a consequence, but electronically there were no issues. Sound quality and noise cancellation are both excellent, which should be expected given the price tag. The left ear cup swivel is slightly off-axis, which prevents it from turning freely, but not enough that it impedes being able to store or use them. The retention mechanism to prevent the left side from falling down is also broken, so unless I am actively wearing it, the weight of the ear cup will slowly extend it on that side. The ear cushion on the headband is also slightly peeling away, but not enough to expose any of the underlying electronics or to interfere with the fit. Also, whoever made the initial repairs forgot to factory reset the device, and these do have in-built tracking in case you lose them. That took five minutes to research and correct, but it was still another minor inconvenience, like the other issues listed above. I probably wouldn't have said these were "Excellent" quality, if I were grading their condition myself.

Verified purchaseThe quality of the item is pretty great; no visible damage, scuffs etc. There was minor wear on the USB-C port. Speaking of the USB-C port, the headphones came with a micro USB cable meaning if you did not have a USB-C cable you wouldn't be able to charge the product right out the box. I have no use for another micro usb cable and this transaction generated e-waste which is antithetical to the idea of this site. In addition to the charging cable being missing, the 3.5mm audio cable, and carrying case were not with the delivery. This is a premium product priced at a premium rate, so the expectation was I'd receive those items as well. Honestly, if this is the same with other purchases of this product, I'd say skip the savings and just buy it new.
