My phone arrived when it was supposed to. It was packaged well, and despite it being labeled as “fair” I only could barely see a tiny little scratch on the side. Once I put a case on there – no more scratch! The phone powered on and worked just like it was new from Apple. I will definitely be buying from back market again and will be recommended them to anyone in the market for refurbished electronics.

I have been searching this site for a phone for a while, but I couldn’t pull the plug on whether or not to purchase a refurbished phone. I am super happy with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. It was exactly as described and works and looks amazing. Backmarket didn’t disappoint! Will be purchasing from them again.

pretty amazing 0 scratches anywhere (especially camera lenses - super clean) I’ve bought on amazon ‘excellent’ condition (its dogshit) and certified refurbished from Apple Store, this premium condition here is just as good as apple certified but like 300$ cheaper, would buy over apple certified again if in stock

My IPhone 12 mini came in perfect condition, although, I ordered in Fair condition it came perfect, which I loved. The seller upkept this phone. It was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, and came within two days. The phone also came with a charger, so I didn't have to buy one. I will be ordering again maybe a laptop or another phone.

Well I bought a IPhone 14 Pro Max (excellent condition) wouldn’t take out the box for about a week and a half after I received it, was waiting on the case I had bought to come in the mail. I didn’t want anything to happen to it. The last time I had a new iPhone was 2018. So I was really excited to get it! Just let me say that I am so pleasantly impressed by the quality of my iPhone! It looks brand new! Thank you and when it’s time to trade in. I’ll be coming back to y’all!

The battery health is at 100%. I bought this phone as a gift for my dad and the red one for my mom, an upgrade from their iPhone 8 Plus. I rate this 5 stars because I’m super impressed with back market, and Certified Refurbished, they meant it when it said excellent, there was no scratches, no dents, nothing, and an extra bonus was it came with 100% battery health, I’ve never bought from apple before and I feel proud to be apart of back market in helping the world, even though I didn’t get the experience of opening a apple box it still feels like I did, so Thanks to all of you that made this possible for me and everyone else, I really appreciate it!
