My experience with backmarket was extremely positive, I ordered an Xbox 360 which actually came in not working. (I'm sure these things happen, it could have happened in shipping for all I know). Anyway, I contacted the nice people at back market and without hesitation they sent me a return label to send back my old unit for free, and sent me out a new one right away. This one works amazingly and I am very very happy with their customer service and their product.

I don't like leaving reviews with bad marks BUT... I have finally got the time to use the xbox 360 I ordered and it will not connect to the internet. No matter how many times I unplug this item or that item, in what sequence or how long. Plugged in straight to my router or through wifi, I lost my first day of relaxation to stress. I really don't like rebuilt items. Oh, and by the way, when the option to go to the help desk came up... it was a code 404 page gone. So here is my review.

Great I love iiit!!

Xbox was faulty. Disk drive does not close. When I close it it opens up automatically. Also bottom was scratched up. Non genuine xbox controller was provided.

The stars speak for itself. Functional console!
