Well, I had high hopes and I've been raving about how good BackMarket is but I am pretty disappointed with this experience with this seller. They have sold a phone that has no SIM and does not work at all. What was the point of selling this SIM-less, instruction-less. This is not good. I would like to return this thing ASAP

The phone was very nice and in great condition. I had to return due to the fact it was not compatible with my current network, but that was a problem my phone carrier's end and not with the seller. Other than that, it was a top of the line product. It was just unfortunate my phone carrier couldn't make it compatible with my current plan.

Its a good phone I tried to get them to use it on straight talk but the straight talk representative deactivated my service that I was trying to switch my service to its a good phone but it was straight talks fault

Phone arrived only 48 hours after ordering, was shipped the same day. Grading was accurate, was definitely dinged up, but screen was absolutely pristine. Everything works great. Would 100% Recommend this seller. The phone itself is definitely niche (Good luck finding a case, a set of screen protectors should be your first purchase before you ever so much as put this phone in your pocket). It's awesome for reading books, comics, or playing games. Expect to hear "Is that a Samsung Fold?! Oh. Nevermind..." a lot.

I wasn't sure what a silver grade product would look like, but it looks fantastic. The phone itself is a bit meh. Nothing to do with being a refurb, it's great on that end. The phone design and lack of app support makes its a bit annoying. But... the uniqueness is what i got it for, and I've been getting compliments since getting it. AND, it only took 2 days to arrive.

The transaction was flawless, the product was outdated for today's service so it is slow and very limited on receiving signal. I can't blame anyone but myself for that Lol I chose an older phone. But as far as service, and getting what I wanted. Definitely will be doing business again. I have and will be recommending your service to others. Thank You.
