    Refurbishment is the way to go! Sure, you can get the newest phone on the market, but most Android and Apple smartphones have a 6-8 year lifespan (until they can no longer be upgraded via software updates). Refurbs are a "green" way of upgrading without absorbing a huge cost. I love the iPhone 12 I purchased through Back Market. I chose a "very good" condition phone and received the device with a perfect front screen, perfect camera lenses and only slight marring/scratches on the metal body (chances are, you're gonna put it in a case anyway). So, while minor cosmetic issues don't bother me, my concern was if it would work with my service with no problems... and it did. Charged it up, swapped the SIM card in, and voila, the Unlocked phone worked with my T-Mobile service and immediately showed up on my T-Mobile page as an active device, it pulled my info and apps from iCloud and worked great. I kept my service cost low and the device is now paid for in full and will be with me for a few years before swapping it for a newer model down the line.     Listen!! I know your looking at the site or app and maybe you not to convinced. I’m here to let you know that they are legit. Gang listen I got my iPhone 12 in just 3 or 4 days time. Refurbished?? Can’t even tell fr look like it came straight from the Apple Store that day!! Don’t hesitate to shop at all.     I was looking to save money on an iPhone 12, which I think is still a great product, but hard to find quality refurbished and phased out from Apple. Back Market fit exactly what we were looking for - and we bought 2. The devices weren't flawless, but totally acceptable and we throw a case on them anyways. The screens super nice and everything functions as it should. Super happy I found the right product at the right price.

    I ordered the iPhone 12 Pro in good condition. When I received the phone it looked great with very minor scratches on the screen and barely anything on the body. However, in further inspection I noticed the call speaker to look rough and when I tested the speaker it had a “buzzing” sound. It was obviously not functional as it should be. I also noticed the bottom speaker to have some damage as well. I immediately began the return to fix this issue and they sent me a new phone altogether. The speaker issue was fixed and the phone condition was basically the same as the other. Minor scratches and barely any body damage that I could see. I’m impressed with the customer service and how quick they were to help and send a new one. I do recommend checking the speakers with your refurbished phone before being 100% confident you don’t need to return!

    I ordered a iPhone 13 Pro in excellent condition. I was very pleased when I received the phone as it looked like a new phone with no visible indications of use except some very small marks around the outside of the screen which I was not concerned about due to that are being covered by the case. It also had 89% battery life which was great to see on a refurbished phone. The shipping from the provider was very fast and it came packaged very securely to prevent damage. I had set up the phone installed the case and was attempting to install the glass screen protector. After two attempts with different screen protectors I determined that the screen was not fully flat, middle higher than the edges, but not visible to naked eye. The screen protector would not adhere properly due to this. I was very disappointed because up to that point I was loving the phone and experience with the refurbished product. I decided to return the phone and I have nothing but praise for how Back Market handled the return process.     I find it difficult to purchase a new cell phone. The prices with cell phone providers is always astronomical. Therefore, I have always purchased refurbished & renewed cell phones. I have gotten them all from Amazon & they sadly don't last very long & they are inferior in quality. My daughter & son in law have begged me to get another better cell phone. I went to my cell phone provider & they appeared to offer deals that I could afford, but then they were all sold out. The other phones they offered were expensive. I searched the internet for best refurbished phones & number one on the list was Back Market. I ended up ordering an iPhone 11 & a case for it. The phone & the case are the best that I have ever had. It's been quite the relief. Back Market offers quality & affordable products.

    So I have a lot to say about my order, mostly good but some bad. I bought the product red iPhone 12 and I’ve been using it for about a week, my first impressions are pretty good. It came 2 days early which was nice. It comes with a free charger, and a free screen protector which I was pretty happy about because I needed new chargers and screen protectors. The phone works like new. I haven’t had a single problem yet with the software of the phone it’s honestly great. It was pre set up for me too all I had to do was turn it on, and I didn’t need to go through the hassle of setting up a new phone which was really nice. However, the phone itself wasn’t that bad, but I just expected it to be in a little better condition, I paid for the good option. Now I completely get it, I didn’t pay for the excellent condition so there is obviously gonna be some scratches. To start if there are a few minor scratches on the back, nothing to go crazy over its what I expected from a refurbished phone. The from also has some slight scratches on it too, while these are a little worse I don’t care too much unless I’m really looking at it. It looks like I got what I paid for, so I’m not mad nor disappointed ...

    I am so excited to finally have an upgraded phone. I switched from a 6s Plus to an iPhone 11 and it is in excellent shape, working great and the best part is that it's refurbished so I didn't have to spend tons of money. Thank you Back Market!
