I'm very pleased with the phone.l really enjoy not having to spend a lot of money on the latest and greatest products out there. To be able to buy a refurbished phone and have it perform as good as it does makes me happy.

I have bought a couple of refurbished phones from Backmarket. Great prices, extremely fast service, the phones have been perfect. Repeat customer, will definitely return when I need devices in the future.

My new refurbished phone is excellent. My only issue was connecting with my own carrier (Credo) to get service transferred to the new phone. I was surprised and disappointed to get a flyer inside the box of my new phone stating that it was an Amazon refurbished phone. There was no info about Back Market. Are you a company owned by Amazon?

I'm delighted with this refurbished Pixel, and happy to have saved some serious dough on the purchase! I have only bought new phones in the past, but my daughter recommended this source, and I will definitely consider using Backmarket again in future!

the phone I got is bootloaded which compromised the security. I can't log in to some apps including my apps for work due to security issues. the phone was in good shape and it all works but I'm gonna have to send it back. I need my work apps. I wished I was told a head of time about the bootloader or I would not have bought the phone. I got one through someone else thanks.

Very pleased with the purchase of the S22 in "good" condition. It is as expected. Battery capacity at 88% (promised to be >80). Screen has zero scratches. Frame has some minor scuffing, but not horrible. Unlocked as promised. Everything works great and shipping was reasonably fast. A very Good deal overall. Would recommend.

Little hesitant about a refurbished item, but it's working great. Fair condition looks fine in my case (can't tell with the case on), and functionality wildly better than my 5.5yo previous phone. At this price and be quality, I CAN afford to upgrade every few years, instead of ushering my phone to kindergarten age.
