Unbelievable that the phone I received is a "refurbished Locked Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra Green, Fair condition" for a third of the price that a new one is priced at at a carrier's in store or online!!! This is cell phone purchase #2 with Back Market for me and I couldn't be a happier customer than I am with my Back Market experiences all around!!! The device itself is great. I’ve been a repeat customer for years. However, this time, it took seven attempts with four different credit cards to get the transaction to go through. Finally resorted to signing up for Apple Pay and worked. All the while I’m emailing saying you’re having a problem with your webpage and just getting back generic responses saying sorry try again. You can’t get a person on the phone. After this experience, I don’t know if I’ll use them again.

I ordered a Iphone 14 in good shape. Wow was impressed with the condition. This was a gift for my wife for Christmas and this was in Excellent shape. A small scratch on the back which was covered up with a phone cover any way. Probably saved 500.00 and still made my wife happy. Thanks for saving me!!

I bought it in fair condition but it’s pretty much Perfect, some minor scuffs on the screen but not noticeable, the back was neat too but didn’t care about that cause I knew I was gonna put a case on it, overall it’s solid, although you will feel the lag a bit while running on iOS 18 but if it’s for note taking and light gaming it’s a solid choice

nothing bad to say about this phone , it came in perfect condition, there was one tiny scratch on the screen but for a used for this exceeded my expectations, i was able to activate my phone and everythind , same day as arrival . love this phone it was perfect

Phone looked brand new when I got it. From just looking at it, you could never tell it is a refurbished product. So glad I found this site........this is the 2nd phone I've ordered from yall and have had great luck with both of them.
