Unbelievable that the phone I received is a "refurbished Locked Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra Green, Fair condition" for a third of the price that a new one is priced at at a carrier's in store or online!!! This is cell phone purchase #2 with Back Market for me and I couldn't be a happier customer than I am with my Back Market experiences all around!!! I recommend Back Market to any and everyone that is looking for electronics new and upgrading!! Also, the extra protection plan(s) and extensions they offer are a must as well as a plus!! I highly recommend that anyone who is purchasing a product and is offered the protection insurance and the extensions for them, fork out the extra $$ and buy them, they are well worth the extra funds and they are the very best!!     It came in so nice and very quickly (like 2 days early). Even though the quality says fair there is literally not a single scratch or problem. I’m so happy with Back Market and i will definitely come back when i need to upgrade anything or get something new. Only thing was my battery came in a little low (30%) but the max capacity is at 84 so im not mad.

    The device itself is great. I’ve been a repeat customer for years. However, this time, it took seven attempts with four different credit cards to get the transaction to go through. Finally resorted to signing up for Apple Pay and worked. All the while I’m emailing saying you’re having a problem with your webpage and just getting back generic responses saying sorry try again. You can’t get a person on the phone. After this experience, I don’t know if I’ll use them again.

    I bought it in fair condition but it’s pretty much Perfect, some minor scuffs on the screen but not noticeable, the back was neat too but didn’t care about that cause I knew I was gonna put a case on it, overall it’s solid, although you will feel the lag a bit while running on iOS 18 but if it’s for note taking and light gaming it’s a solid choice

    Phone looked brand new when I got it. From just looking at it, you could never tell it is a refurbished product. So glad I found this site........this is the 2nd phone I've ordered from yall and have had great luck with both of them.
