    Purchased two IPhone 13’s in “good” refurbished condition. They arrived as promised. Upon inspection there were no cosmetic marks or flaws and appeared brand new. We took them to the local cell provider and had everything transferred. That took some time but was easy. Have been using the phones for two weeks now and are very pleased. Would do the same thing again. The 30 day no questions return policy and 1 year warranty provided the peace of mind to purchase refurbished. Far better than any other I could find except Apple and you pay more there.

    Upgraded from iPhone 8+ to iPhone 13 Pro. Double my memory. Most importrant, the photo lenses make all the difference in the world. Great value for the price. I thought I had received a new phone not a refurbished phone!

    This was an excellent purchase. I was worried about buying refurbished but have been pleasantly surprised. I got the pink iphone 13 for my daughter for her bday and you would barely know that it was used. Works amazing and the battery is perfect! very happy.

    I have been using my refurbished iPhone 12 for a couple of weeks and am extremely pleased. I chose one in Excellent condition and it arrived as such. It looks perfect and is working great. And it’s such a huge improvement over my previous iPhone 8 in so many ways. Also, while being larger is a definite bonus, it is not too large, which Is important to me.

    My iPhone 14 arrived within a few days of my order. I ordered one that was listed as “good” condition. I was expecting a few minor scratches but when I opened up the box, it was in pristine condition! 😁 Not one scratch on either front or back of my phone! Your business was in touch with me, via email, from start right up to when I mailed my old iPhone back to you , free of charge. In my opinion, you are definitely a 5 star business with 5 star service. I will highly recommend you to anyone looking for a refurbished/reconditioned cell phone!

    I was really nervous ordering a refurbished iPhone because I read so many terrible reviews. So far the iPhone 12 I bought for my child is working great. We bought in good condition but it was in almost excellent condition. I couldn’t find any scratches on the phone. There was lint in the charging and volume button but I was able to get that out so it was like new. I don’t think the phone was refurbished but probably a used phone. The battery is at 88 % so it didn’t seem like a new battery was put in. It will work for now and so far I would recommend back market.

    Sorry I haven’t commented on this phone till now. I was waiting for my brother to come in for Thanksgiving to help me set it up. I just love my new iPhone 12. Glad I purchased it through Back Market because it saved me so much money! Easy to use and it may be refurbished but it looks new. Thanks for making phones affordable for seniors like me!

    My iPhone 13 came with a battery capacity of 91% I've had it for about 2 months and the battery lasts all day long. Takes a very long time to die. Also, works really smoothly. I would recommend this device to anyone. I love my refurbished phone!

    After doing some research Back Market and there refurbish companies have the best prices and a year warranty which I didn’t see many or recall if any actually had a similar warranty on refurbished iphones. Order arrived on time and I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the “Good” red 128GB IPhone 12. It’s in very great condition. I am very happy and will recommend Back Market to everyone.
