I rate this 5 stars because I’m super impressed with back market, and Certified Refurbished, they meant it when it said excellent, there was no scratches, no dents, nothing, and an extra bonus was it came with 100% battery health, I’ve never bought from apple before and I feel proud to be apart of back market in helping the world, even though I didn’t get the experience of opening a apple box it still feels like I did, so Thanks to all of you that made this possible for me and everyone else, I really appreciate it!

It looks completely new!! There were no scratches or marks. Everything seems to work fine so far. It came with a charger cord. The shipping was quick and there was no damage on the packaging it was in.

It arrived as estimated and the packaging was minimal with the phone simply being in a box with bubblewrap, with a charger, and instructions. Looking at it, it is in fact flawless all around the sides, back, and screen. The only thing that places it in the good category is the camera area, it’s a bit dirty and has visible scratches with tiny chips, but the camera works perfectly fine. Other than appearance the performance of the phone is great. Everything is running smoothly so far on the first day and the battery health is at 90% which is great. Immediate yes. It’s been 3 weeks now and I believe it’s time for the update. It’s been perfect. I have not noticed any sudden damages or sudden glitches and inconsistencies. It works like a brand new phone. Everything feels new. Will I be purchasing from backmarket again, yes. 100%. The battery life on this phone is very good, lasts me entirely all day and I put it to charge at night at 20%. Absolutely in love. I will admit I was scared of being that small percentage of people who get a terrible phone but I didn’t and I’m very happy. I’ve checked the battery life and it has gone down to 89%, I’m not sure what it could be due to, likely from me allowing it to charge to 100% and more recently down to 10% but regardless I haven’t noticed any change in the battery life so if that’s important for you then there’s that.

Ordered this iPhone 14 Plus starlight 128gb in excellent condition for someone as a Christmas gift and excellent is exactly how it arrived. No scratches, no dents, no visible signs of use. Battery was at 100% percent and that was extremely important for me, so I was pleased. Item arrived a day early than the original date which was cool. 10/10 would recommend this site/app and seller.

I am so happy with my purchase! This phone is great and definitely and upgrade from my SE. It came with no scratches or dents or cracks and the battery capacity is at 100% which I was scared that it wasn’t going to be. It only took it about 4 days to arrive which is not bad at all. Overall I am very pleased with and next time I upgrade I plan to purchase from back market again.

Needed to update and replace my old iPhone SE. battery not holding charge and past the update program. Got a refurbished iPhone 14, although not the latest model it’s working great!!! Highly recommend Backmarket phones!!

Very impressed. The phone came immaculate. I did select “excellent condition” and it certainly was in excellent condition. Not a scratch, scuff or anything showing this phone had been used. It was my first refurbished purchase ever and you know what? I think I’m going to go refurbished a lot more often. I was looking for the best deal on an iPhone 15 Pro with 256GB of storage and was so happy to find Back Market! I got the unlocked fully refurbished version and its in really good condition. Was looking to upgrade my iPhone 7 and came across Back Market. Overall, a very positive experience. Easy to use website that provided confidence in purchasing a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro. I especially like the Deep Purple option. During the entire purchase process, Back Market kept me informed, including shipping times. Also, Back Market provided a refund for my iPhone 7. Not a lot given its age but I preferred not to have it end up in landfill, so another plus for me. I’d highly recommend Back Market for used, refurbished electronics.

First time purchasing a refurbished phone, and I have to say I'm very satisfied with the quality. Straight out of the box the phone looked to be in near perfect condition, barring only a few minuscule scratches on the bottom edge. All the technical specs are correctly included as expected and the phone works real smoothly without any problems. It has only been a few days but I'm positive this phone can last me a few good years and hopefully even longer.
