Great experience and I bought a very good Apple Watch for far less than a new one, no issues with my watch after a year of ownership. Bought it in 2023. I trust Back Market. Buying a refurbished iphone and my trade in is the last iPhone I bought from Back Market in 2021.

This refurbisher is awesome, I needed to get a new phone and struck gold on this one. I got it in good condition but when the device came in it looked brand new besides a little dust on the camera if you are like me and in the market for a new phone this company is the way to go I'm pretty sure the seller is called certified direct. They did awesome I will add that this phone did come with a 86% battery life which is normal when you buy a refurbished phone but the battery is great definitely holds a charge I would rate this phone 10/10🤌👌

The phone I received was in near perfect condition, I am very pleased! I wouldn't be able to tell any difference between my refurbished phone I received vs if I had paid over $200 more for a new phone.

i’ve been using this iPhone for 2 months and it’s been great. it came in really good condition with a charging cord and i like the look of the red. it’s best you get your phone from here so you get a deal on it instead of shelling out thousands of dollars a year. I would highly recommend this shop over all the other refurbished phone shops like plug.

After researching which phone I wanted and where to purchase a refurbished phone, I went to Backmarket. Found the phone I wanted and ordered it. Delivered promptly and in excellent condition, my new phone is wonderful! Works perfectly, looks new! I'm thrilled!

If you’re nervous about this app, let me be the one to tell you that I was the same way💀 I was in desperate need for a new phone but absolutely did not want to pay $1000+ so I found out about back market and bought this iPhone 13PM 512gb in good condition and it’s honestly great, no noticeable dings or scratches on the phone itself, came with 88% battery but that’s expected when you buy refurbished tech but other than that this phone is amazing and just what I needed!

I don't normally write reviews but... I cant stress this enough, every part of this experience was amazing, especially because this is my first refurbished device ever. My new phone came in better condition than I expected; there were a couple light scratches that I only found going over the phone with aggressive attention to detail. It's as close to a new device as I could hope for. All original parts and the delivery went perfectly. If this is the quality of refurbished devices is this high, I will never buy a new phone again!

Upgraded from iPhone 8+ to iPhone 13 Pro. Double my memory. Most importrant, the photo lenses make all the difference in the world. Great value for the price. I thought I had received a new phone not a refurbished phone!
