    Phone was shipped in a timely manner and was received in good condition. HOWEVER, after charging I attempted to open my new phone only to discover it needed a password. Called customer service and was offered a few suggestions, none of which worked. Was told they had to get in touch with seller who was not currently available. Next day I couldn''t reach anyone at customer service. Third day I finally got their attention and was told the phone would have to be returned for unlocking. All in all, a totally disappointing transaction. Before a refurbished phone is placed for redistribution, the seller should make sure it is in pristine condition. No excuse for the situation I was faced with.

    So.. this is actually a Pro Max. I bought the cheapest condition (all I could afford) from backmarket, which I believe is “fair”. And this phone is exceptional. Some light scratches and that’s it. Other than that, it’s perfect. I use my phone a lot, and from when I wake up at 6:30am to when I sleep 10:30pm my phone goes from 100% to 43%. Great phone. Would recommend. And they gave me a great trade in deal.

    So far the phone looks nice and has not had any problems. The only thing I was disappointed in was the battery was only 82% I thought they were supposed to be at least 85 or higher.
