One small pebble sized dent on the bottom section of the upper clamshell. That’s the only blemish on the whole thing. I bought ‘good’ and got great. The battery is excellent, the computer is fast and works perfectly. Extremely happy with my purchase, especially considering it’s a 2 1/2 year old MacBook Pro for 40% off retail price.

The 2012 Mac mini is in great condition, and fully loaded. It came with Mojave, so I had to install High Sierra on a second volume, so I had to learn how to make a bootable installer--lots of help online. The thunderbolt port drives a 4k display on a mini display cable, I think at about 2600 pixels--looks great. And I had to install Pages '09 from my original box DVD from an external player, then update it to 4.3. So far, 32 bit software is working great. Haven't needed any service so far. Thanks to Back Market for making this doable.

The laptop I bought (Macbook Air Early 2015, 4 GB RAM, 128 SSD) was in amazing condition and better than what I thought I’d receive when I chose the very good option. I’ve had the macbook for about two weeks, it’s running quickly and is able to use big sur os perfectly. My only “issue” was that the keyboard on my macbook was for finland customers, and has extra characters in place of what would apprear on a typical QWERTY keyboard in the US. But that’s more of a funny thing to me and I don’t necessarily mind since I plan on doing a desk setup where I won’t even need to type of the macbook itself (wireless keyboard instead). All in all, it was a great purchase and I plan on using back market again for some more techy things in the future.

Original Review Below (Updated Review Follows) Ordered 2 Surface Pro 3s. This is not what I recieved. I was sent just the regular 3. Still awaiting an answer from seller as to the discrepancy and possible resolution. Will update review when an outcome is reached but as of now I am not happy. All negative marks are based on the fact that what I received is not what was ordered and not on the actual item received. *Update* First response from Coetech was a bit surprising. Basically consisted of, " you ordered pro 3s, we sent pro 3s and a dead link to a microsoft description. Really? It wasn't starting very good from a customer service aspect. Back Market on the other hand was right there. After contacting the seller I immediately was contacted by Back Market letting me know they were aware of my concern and standing by to intervene should I not be satisfied with the results of my inquiry. That was reassuring. After providing the seller with some information on the devices I received they realized that I was correct and had not received Pro 3s but 3s. They offered a full return/refund or partial refund should I decide to keep the devices. Unfortunately an exchange was not available but I am not going to hold them accountable for what they have in stock at any given time. I decided to keep the devices and accept the partial refund. The devices were in great condition both aesthetically and operationally. Battery life is great too. Over all very happy with the devices and the outcome of the debate over the discrepancy. Coetech initially got wrong but did make it right. I just hope that they learn to look into customer concerns a little deeper and with a little more understanding from the beginning. Mistakes happen and both customers and businesses need to understand that. For myself, as a customer, the mistake is never really the issue. The issues arise when the company I am doing business fails to acknowledge the mistake or discount the customers feeling about the mistake. A few questions regarding my concern could have cleared things up with little effort. Confirm or disprove things, don't just come out and tell customers they are wrong and you are right. Coetech did make things right and the quality of the devices sold are very nice. This experience would not deter me from doing business with them again or recommending them to others. Also very satisfied with Back Market. Although they did not need to get involved they were right there ready to step in if needed and that instills confidence in the consumer. Thank you Coetech and Back Market for the great products, the consumer support and for doing the right thing.

Thank you! This shipped super fast, and even had a hand written thank you note inside (Love that). Also, it came with an original apple charger, not a knockoff brand - woot woot! Excellent condition, only a small minor dent and scratch that is visible upon detailed inspection. Very clean and feels like it was barely used. So far so good. I am pleased and happy with my computer. I would recommend backmarket.com and would invest in electronics from them again if need be. Do your research with the refurbished companies. I needed a Mac for personal use in addition to my MacBook Pro that I use for work. I decided to consider a refurbished MacBook Air (2015), and I'm not sorry I did! The computer came incredibly quickly and it truly is in mint condition, as promised. It connected to all my peripherals easily and was a snap to set up. It even works with my old 2011 Apple LED Cinema Display which had stopped working a while ago. COETech did a marvelous job in refurbishing the laptop and it works just like new, for a fraction of the cost. I couldn't be happier!

Back Market is our discovery of the year!! We wanted to replace my husband's MacBook Air (2012) for a MacBook Pro for a while now because it's his main working tool but let's be honest they don't come cheap. Back Market came up in my research and after a little digging on refurbished products we decided to give it a try and we couldn't be more impressed and pleased! We got a MacBook Pro 13inch (late 2016) in Mint condition from the company Coetech and it's literally brand new! We got it three days later well shipped and protected! So far so good it's exactly what my husband needed: efficiency, speed, storage and more! We will definitely order again from them when we need other Apple products. This computer is like brand new as far as looks and so far as it works. Very fast, clear screen, wonderful keyboard touch. There was a little glitch with the cable, and they gave me money back to get a new one which I did and now it's perfect. For a 7 year old computer, it's quite amazing. i got this as a gift for my girlfriend who had always wanted a macbook, but i didn’t have the money to buy her a brand new one for christmas this year. so, i ended up getting her this macbook. first off, it’s a hit or miss depending on which seller you buy from. i got mine from coetech, so this review will probably only pertain to them. even though i got the “good” condition on the macbook, it came in amazing condition. there were many scratches on the top of the macbook, but all of that was fixed with a simple case. the screen looked amazing, keyboard was clean and felt very new, and above all things, it worked. not only was it in surprisingly good condition, coetech also upgraded me from the 2011 to the 2012 macbook, which i was very thankful for. all i have to say though is if you are weary that your macbook may be destroyed beyond use or something crazy like that don’t be. from my experience with coetech, they are very reliable and take care of their orders. i recommend 100%
