shipping was really fast it came about 3 days after i ordered it! not really any issues so far it slows down sometimes & the battery dies pretty quickly but it’s expected. it came with no damage just a tiny dent on the corner which is barely noticeable so idrc.

I was very suspicious purchasing my very first macbook on back market. Just because it is online purchasing and I had recently ordered a iPad (first one) off of ESSLINE and I never received my product. BUT I FOUND BACK MARKET WHILE SEARCHING FOR MY FIRST APPLE PRODUCT AND I AM HIGHLY IMPRESSED AND SATISFIED WITH MY REFURBISHED "GOOD" CONDITION MACBOOK PRO 13 INCH M1. NO SCRATCHES, DENTS, CAMERA WORKS GOOD, SPEAKERS GO HARD. I AM SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE. THANKS

Some points of interest: * Fast, but not as blazing fast as the Apple silicon Mac minis; definite upgrade over older models such as the 2012 Mac mini + hardware modifications. * Tends to run warm with simple tasks such as watching YouTube videos or a movie, but gets hot when running VMs. It’s crashed a couple times because of the stress of running a VPN on top of a VM; you might need to invest in an external fan to keep this computer cool. * The internals are clean and almost completely devoid of dust. Works great as a budget Mac for light-to-moderately heavy workloads — and, if you like playing with virtual machines, can handle just about any x64-based system, unlike the newer Apple silicon Macs. Extra cooling would be necessary for that purpose, though.

Everything was good battery cycles were extremely low no scratches came with an OEM Apple charger was packed good I am very happy with my purchase.

I've only just recently discovered this Back Market and I have to say Kuddos to the way you all do business. Buying this laptop was the first worry free and pleasant experience I've ever had when buying refurbished tech. I used to only shop through ebay but not any more. They just lost a customer. Back Market notified me of every stage my laptop was at during delivery. Even notified me that it was going to be a day later than they first projected but even being a day late I still received it way before I ever have from ebay or Amazon for that matter. The laptop looks fantastic and so far I'm totally satisfied with how Back Market conducts business 2 gold star lickies my friends and I will make sure all my friends give you a try. Bravo!!

I ordered the MacBook Air (2020) in “Good” condition, and I was honestly impressed! The quality exceeded my expectations — there were barely any noticeable scratches, and the device looks almost new. The battery life is excellent, and the performance is super fast. This was my first time ordering from Back Market, and I’m very happy with the experience. Highly recommend!

I found this website on a humbug, looking for refurbished items for a decent price. I was iffy at 1st, but after doing proper research, i took a chance & trusted this site. 10/10 would recommend to anybody! communication (updates), shipment & delivery was fast! Both items came in pristine & safe condition, you can't even tell it's refurbished!! I'm so glad i tried my luck!! :)

I ordered a MacBook Air 2017 and it came fast. I also bought it in good condition and it looks excellent to me. Would I buy another product? Of course I will! Definitely will recommend this MacBook to anyone that wants to buy a laptop that is at their budget.

The Macbook came in excellent condition!! My wife loves her first Apple Macbook. She is frying use to the OS but loves it regardless. I’m going to get myself a Macbook Pro from Back Market!! I love this app!
