I got exactly what I needed. It’s been about a month and the iPad works perfectly. I’m always worried with buying refurbished tech that maybe someone has programmed it to steal all of my data off of it and send it to them. But this is my second device form BM and I haven’t had my identity stolen. I wish the charging port info was more prominent tho. I may have splurged on the 2020/1 if I knew that one had USB C charging capabilities. I don’t like having to keep multiple types of cords around

My Mac arrived early by several days. I paid for "Good" but it truly looks excellent. A few minor blemishes on the shiny apple logo but no other visible marks; it's clean and works beautifully! And about half the cost of buying refurbished from the manufacturer.

The condition of the MacBook Air that was sent was in great condition. Better than I expected. The 9 year old battery in it was still at 89% and could last 8 hours. This isn't a very powerful laptop but it's good for watching videos so keep that in mind. I had a very good experience with BackMarket and would order again when the time comes.

Delivery was fast and I'm super happy with my new (to me) MacBook! I will say, it does lag sometimes when trying to stream a video (I bought this to do some online courses) but with a quick refresh of the web page, it does the trick. Super happy and will definitely consider purchasing again from back market! :)

This is the second iPad i've bought from here and both were great. I ordered this one in good condition for my 3 year old daughter. I was thinking there may be some scratches which I don't mind because a case would be on it 24/7. This iPad was like new! I am very pleased and I can't imagine what an iPad in excellent condition would look like. I will order from here again

Y’all I really love my iPad 😘😘 I got fair condition and it looks brand new !! With little wear in tear on the back other than that it runs smoothly 💁🏽‍♀️💯 kids going crazy over it they not finna play on this iPad 🤣🤣.

Absolutely perfect. I bought this as a backup for the private events that I work in case my main one goes down. It works so well that I accidentally grabbed it instead and couldn’t even tell the difference performance wise. Thank you

Shipping was super fast! Set up was super quick also. Mainly using this for college papers nothing else really so I’m pleased with this purchase, definitely will be purchasing from back market again to get a Nintendo switch lite!
