    It was perfect. Ordered it in excellent condition and it looks brand new! It works well aswell. I thought I wouldn’t be able to access certain apps because it ran on a old iOS, BUT IT DID, Make sure you update the iOS to the laptop and I swear your worries will be gone. Also, it came within 3 days. Including the buying process

    I would like the first start off with how great the customer service is. The service is excellent! The computer I purchased is a MacBook Pro. It is five years old and in near new condition. I am very pleased with the computer I purchased as well as backmarket.com. I am looking forward to doing business with them again. I am fairly Sherman next purchase is going to be a newer iPad.

    So far so good. Seems to be working as it should be and time will tell I guess as to how it holds up. But it arrived quickly as advertised and seems to be fine. This is my first purchase of a used/refurbished laptop so I'm hoping for the best! I like the Back Market philosophy and of course the pricing.

    Came out of the box ready. So fast compared to my 2017 model. I have no glitches, pauses, blanks. Hardest part was registering it on all my online links. I do recommend this way of getting new technology with Back Market!!
