It was perfect. Ordered it in excellent condition and it looks brand new! It works well aswell. I thought I wouldn’t be able to access certain apps because it ran on a old iOS, BUT IT DID, Make sure you update the iOS to the laptop and I swear your worries will be gone. Also, it came within 3 days. Including the buying process

So far so good. Seems to be working as it should be and time will tell I guess as to how it holds up. But it arrived quickly as advertised and seems to be fine. This is my first purchase of a used/refurbished laptop so I'm hoping for the best! I like the Back Market philosophy and of course the pricing.

Wow I got to say it was great for my first purchase the iPad was for my daughter. Some one recently stole her OTHER IPAD of it got lost I don’t even know how it happened but her iPad was not there in my car. So we were looking for one and I told my husband about Back market and he said let give it a try and I said yeah I’ve heard good reviews about this app and if dosent work we can return it…. Okay and this is my very first purchase here and let me say this it was wonderful it was fast and easy we chose the iPad we wanted and it arrive before the estimated delivery day and when I saw it for the first time I was really impressed the iPad was in excellent condition no scratches, like new my daughter was so happy when she arrived from school THANK YOU So much MY FIRST PURCHASE WAS great THANKS I would recomend 100%

Perfect! Have had it since it came in and genuinely am so happy with my purchase. 100% Trust this seller. The battery life was really good, even for 'fair' condition the scuffs on the bottom were minor, works very well, easy to set up! Happy with my purchase.

Nothing but good things to say about this purchase and service. Everything was simple and easy from starting the purchase to the shipping which came within 2 days. The laptop was better than expected, ended up being brand new with only 1 cycle on the battery. I had the Premium condition selected, expected barely used but was still wrapped and barely one cycle charged on the battery. Better than expected. Would buy again from BackMarket and this seller.

I absolutely love my iPad.. usually when buying a used/ refurbished product it will have some scuffs but mine didn’t and I’m excited I went through with the purchase.. I highly recommend this company!!!

Item came 4 days earlier than expected. No hassle with order or delivery. Excellent condition no scratches or scuffs. Battery life seems to be decent - with it being an older iPad it's expected. Would definitely buy again!
