I thought I wouldn’t be able to access certain apps because it ran on a old iOS, BUT IT DID, Make sure you update the iOS to the laptop and I swear your worries will be gone. Also, it came within 3 days. Including the buying process

For $180 all together, you can't beat the value. The only issues with it are minor scratches on the screen which are barely noticable unless you're looking for them or have the screen off and the light hits it just right. Speedy delivery, back market supplies you with a charging cable and power brick, the device was well packaged to protect it during shipping, I couldn't be happier. This is my first ever tablet let alone iPad and it is exactly what I needed for work. I have told everyone I know who's knowledgeable about apple products and when I tell them what I paid, their jaws hit the floor. If that isn't evidence of getting a good deal, I don't know what is.

I bought a Space Grey MacBook Pro Retina 13-inch (2020) - Core i5 - 8GB - SSD 256GB in "good condition" and received just that! Very impressed with the shipping as I received my Mac just 3 days after ordering with just their standard shipping option. Mac came with minor signs of wear and no fingerprints or proof of use, the only flaw is the slight circle spot near the trackpad that looks to be rubbed off. This was something I expected and although it is a bit bigger and noticeable, the overall quality and speed of the exchange was well worth the cost! 8.5/10 !!!

My MacBook arrived in pristine condition and the delivery service was perfect, the moment i opened it I couldn’t notice it was a refurbished one, only flipping it and seeing the bottom showed me a few shallow scratches, the device works as it supposed to and I love it, I love iPhones and now I’m starting with Mac so I couldn’t be happier to have found you guys as I really feel guilty about the garbage and this makes it so much better, thanks for giving back so much and keep it up please

I got exactly what I needed. It’s been about a month and the iPad works perfectly. I’m always worried with buying refurbished tech that maybe someone has programmed it to steal all of my data off of it and send it to them. But this is my second device form BM and I haven’t had my identity stolen. I wish the charging port info was more prominent tho. I may have splurged on the 2020/1 if I knew that one had USB C charging capabilities. I don’t like having to keep multiple types of cords around

Nothing but good things to say about this purchase and service. Everything was simple and easy from starting the purchase to the shipping which came within 2 days. The laptop was better than expected, ended up being brand new with only 1 cycle on the battery. I had the Premium condition selected, expected barely used but was still wrapped and barely one cycle charged on the battery. Better than expected. Would buy again from BackMarket and this seller.

Wow I got to say it was great for my first purchase the iPad was for my daughter. Some one recently stole her OTHER IPAD of it got lost I don’t even know how it happened but her iPad was not there in my car. So we were looking for one and I told my husband about Back market and he said let give it a try and I said yeah I’ve heard good reviews about this app and if dosent work we can return it…. Okay and this is my very first purchase here and let me say this it was wonderful it was fast and easy we chose the iPad we wanted and it arrive before the estimated delivery day and when I saw it for the first time I was really impressed the iPad was in excellent condition no scratches, like new my daughter was so happy when she arrived from school THANK YOU So much MY FIRST PURCHASE WAS great THANKS I would recomend 100%

Overall, a good buy. A little disappointed in the battery life. I only use it for about 3 hours/day: exercise videos, a zoom class, and reading a book, which uses about 80% of battery life. But otherwise charges fairly quickly.
