I love it! it came just as advertised. I didn't get a different phone at all. This is by far my favorite purchase

iPhone user, the android OS is new to me. So, currently I’m learning how to navigate it. The phone is kind of old however, that is not a bad thing. The battery is easily replaced (if anyone can find a replacement) the old school wired earbuds are a throw back and it works great. For the price of the phone and my intentions it works fine. I’m not sure if I would purchase a more modern android phone ie (Samsung S23-25) any time soon. The android OS seems rougher than IOS. I mean the steps I have to go through to get somethings accomplished to seems numerous when compared to IOS. My humble opinion and experience.

Phone was in better cosmetic condition than I expected, everything works nicely, and the experience with the specific vendor was painless. This is not my first Backmarket transaction, and I don't expect it to be my last.

We received it timely even though it was ordered right in the holiday time. All it was said on the sell was true. Hooked up with visible and we have $20 for 36 months. will certainly share this experience with Everyone..

Absolutely amazing!! despite just a few light scratches on the screen, once you turn it on, it's like they're not even there!, fantastic software quality and overall I am extremely satisfied to have this phone! would highly recommend! :)) ♥️

Was very hesitant to order anything refurbished, but it came in almost brand new quality. I can say for tech I will have to buy 2nd hand from now on!!

The fit bit works like new. I have been using it for over a month, and I am happy with it's performance!

The main description says that the Samsung Galaxy A20 phone is unlocked, and works with all carriers. I tried to use the phone with visible wireless, offered here with a discount, and it was incompatible, despite what the description. So, now I have to return the phone.
