I have had great experiences with BackMarket in the past. But this phone arrived with a technical issue where I could not properly make phone calls. Only way to fix is to send it back and wait about 5 days for it to be returned. Extremely inconvenient to go without a phone for multiple days, as it is necessary for work. Bummer..
