I recently purchased an “Excellent” condition refurbished phone from Back Market, and overall I’m quite pleased with it, however, the delivery left me feeling deflated. As if all the effort I put into researching the perfect model and price point was erased by careless packaging and rough handling. What I liked: Device condition. The phone looks and feels virtually brand-new. There are no noticeable scratches or blemishes, and it powers on exactly as expected. Where it fell short: Delivery and packaging. When the FedEx driver arrived, I watched him toss the box over my metal gate so hard that it landed with a loud thud on the concrete. Inside, I found only a thin bubble-wrap envelope around the phone. There was no additional padding whatsoever, and the outer box wasn’t marked “Fragile” or “Handle with Care.” This careless handling and minimal cushioning left me worried that my “excellent” phone might have taken a hit in transit. Overall: I’m enjoying the phone itself: it’s fast, reliable, and exactly what I needed. However, the delivery and packaging left much to be desired. I can’t shake the feeling that the phone may have suffered damage before it even reached me, which is why...

Phone arrived in excellent condition and switching my sim card and setting up the new (to me) phone was a breeze. Appreciated getting a well-reviewed android phone without shelling out more money to Google (though I did have to install an android launcher app to remove the Google Search widget from the home screen). Very pleased with both the phone and the folks who refurbished it.

I got it a day earlier ! And it was a little scratched from the top but it’s so worthy buying especially since I got it in a (fair) condition the screen and everything else was ok and worked perfectly fine really recommend and will be buying again thank you !!!

Exactly as promised: a like new, refurbished Pixel 8A for 25% off. What more could you want? It didn't go through o the landfill, it's in my pocket being used everyday. As a retired guy, saving 25% did not hurt my feeling in these current times of financial insecurity either. Great service too.

like most phones, I wish it were thicker to accommodate a battery that easily lasts several days per charge. It isn't even clear to me whether the battery was replaced in the refurbishing on this purchase of mine

Like others, I was rather unsure how purchasing a refurbished phone would turn out. I was delighted to find it was an excellent experience. Phone was immaculate and I even received the phone a day early. It took a while to set the phone up with my carrier which was no fault of anyone but the carrier (Verizon). But in two days, everything was perfect.

packaging minimal but device arrived in good shape. Only concern is battery life is on the rather short end. Since this unit is refurbished and I don't have experience with a new unit, I'm unable to comment on wether this is a pixel issue or a previous owner issue. Otherwise pleased with the phone.

Phone arrived when expected and is in great condition and has worked flawlessly so far. Looking at the phone, you never would know it was refurbished. I'll likely be looking at Back Market for future tech purchases as needed.

Phone is better than expected. Minor scratches to the back around camera area and mild surface scratches on screen. Arrive quickly...package neatly. Great product in terms of refurbished. Will definitely buy again
