the process to get the phone was excellent. now the actual phone has slieght issues like the... when texting I cant text to fast because it wont read my movements so i have to text slower and more deliberate with where im pressing, also the finger print reader doesnt read smoothly and doesnt work at all with a glass screen protector 😑 im gonna try a skin screen protector if thats what they are called also battery life is less then desirable but its better then my last phone so still happy with the purchase for now

I don't think that the phones are truly refurbished. If they were, they would have good battery life. I believe that back market is selling used phones, not refurbished. There's a difference between the two. That's my honest opinion. If I'm wrong, I stand to be corrected.

This phone is like new and so pretty! The price was incredibly reasonable, shipping was fast, packaging was good, and overall I'm 100% satisfied. This is my fifth purchase from BackMarket, and it won't be my last!

Cosmetically, it matches what you'd expect from "excellent" condition. However, the adaptive brightness is abnormally dark. I have to manually brighten the screen so something may be wrong with the sensor. Also, the battery drains quicker than seems normal. As with my previous lower model Samsung, YouTube is the app I use most. However, I have to charge this phone twice a day, sometimes three times a day, which feels excessive.
