No complaints here. Came as described, quality holds up extremely well compared to newer gens, definitely worth the price

the process to get the phone was excellent. now the actual phone has slieght issues like the... when texting I cant text to fast because it wont read my movements so i have to text slower and more deliberate with where im pressing, also the finger print reader doesnt read smoothly and doesnt work at all with a glass screen protector 😑 im gonna try a skin screen protector if thats what they are called also battery life is less then desirable but its better then my last phone so still happy with the purchase for now

Thank you for this device. The delivery was very fast and the device looks brand new. Till this day I'm using this save device and I have yet to experience any issues with it. Awesome storage space, I really needed this.

I don't think that the phones are truly refurbished. If they were, they would have good battery life. I believe that back market is selling used phones, not refurbished. There's a difference between the two. That's my honest opinion. If I'm wrong, I stand to be corrected.

I was new to Back Market and was very uneasy about my package delivery being delayed a few days.
