There are no scratches at all. The battery health is 100%! Looks new! I just got it delivered today, but I’m already satisfied with this phone already:)

The pricing for my old equipment was very fair, and the price of the refurbished unit was amazing. The communication and process throughout was consistent, reliable, and "as promised." I really enjoy the new "used" phone - it is in perfect condition, and it works as expected. Truly a great company to work with, and I will definitely use them again in the future. Reliable, trustworthy, thorough, and worthwhile!

Phone is in great condition. Easy to transfer from my old phone. So far as I can tell, everything works like brand new. I was skeptical to buy refurbished but will consider Back Market next time I am in the market again.

I got two of these about a week back, was looking for a new controller and a friend of mine mentioned he needed one really bad to, I wasn't willing to spend the full $140 it would normally cost for two xbox controllers but I did wanna get my friend a (early) birthday present. I found this listing and the price was perfect, just about the cost of one controller off the Microsoft store for two of these. They got here 5 ish days early which was awesome and have worked fantastic. Both me and my friend have enjoyed them and haven't found any issues!

BackMarket made the process of purchasing a refurbished cell phone fun and easy. The process was quick, the phone came ready to work with my service provider, shipping was fast and customer service was/is great as they check back with you after the purchase to make sure you're enjoying your product. The Samsung Galaxy S20 5G is great! The only thing I don't like about the Samsung Galaxy S20 5G is when turning off, you have to hold 2 buttons at the same time and 1 button is the volume control and it also open other software. Challenging at times and it may take me a few times to actually turn the phone off. Ugh..

I selected 'excellent' condition. But would only charge to 91% and battery quick drained to 56%, in less than hour. Even when using it with charger plugged in. How could this have passed refurbishment verification?

Battery health/life seems pretty good. condition is consistent with the rating and the screen doesn't have a scratch I can see. fast easy delivery. good experience all around.

I just received my tablet and it's in amazing condition, and for an affordable price! Definitely gives me some confidence in the quality claims of the overarching company. Good job on this one, as far as I can tell!

We are using the tablet with a mobile hotspot to record wildlife data in the field with summer land-steward interns. They appreciated the addition of the tablet to the project so that they could enter data directly in the field vs re-entering data afterwards. We downloaded and used several wildlife and plant identification apps and had no problems running any of these. I have made many purchases with Backmarket. Products that were not satisfactory were quickly accepted for return without questions. In this case, we continue to use the table 4 months later with no problems. It is a basic product without a lot of extra memory but works perfectly for our purpose. If I were to purchase something for personal use, I would have gotten something with more memory.

Bought 3 from back market and my kids love them. They use them for schooling and fun. No issues so far and have enough for what they need to do. If I need something and can get it on back market, I definitely will.
