This is my 1st time buying a refurbished phone. So far so good. Works like new. Not too many "trash app" installed on default (which I personally prefer). Holding charge ok so far too, but I'll wait & see ..

Arrived on time and shipping box in great condition. I couldn't be happier with the performance of the Samsung Galaxy A9+ Tablet. The unit looks new and has no marks on the screen or the rest of the exterior. Thank You Back Market!

Purchase another phone from back market again. The phone was in perfect condition and the shipping was great. I was supposed to get the phone on the 18th but it was delivered 2 days earlier. I will probably get more from back market!

We have purchased a tablet, laptops and phones from Back Market and everything has worked amazingly. We had an issue with an laptop about 6 months in and Back Market was quick to fix it and make it right. I tell everyone about Back Market & know multiple people who use them now as well.

In the beginning with this app. I was hesitant to buy the product to this site coz I heard a plenty of bad comments by other fellas. I was referring by a friend. I was told by my friend that this site is a trusted website, so I ended up to give it a try and I would say folks this website is you can trust to buy something decent but reliable enough. Thanks to my friend and my mom loves her phone. If you buy a phone here or anything just go with the excellent condition.

Great phone, great price, fast delivery! Looks brand new! Exact replacement for my previous phone that was run over on the highway. (Left it on top of my Jeep! I found it with 'find my phone' app, then it died!) I didn't want to upgrade and have to learn a new phone. No problem installing the old sim chip and getting everything loaded. A co-worker told me about your site. Thanks.

The phone looks very good. It came with no visible defects. I actually bought it to use outside the country. I will give accurate reviews in a couple of weeks after using it. phone is great and everything works fine as advertised.

Very InformativeQuick Delivery, Kept you up to date with emails about delivery. I am old school, so would have preferred a paper copy of my purchase with item price & date. The cord sent with cell had 2 ends that were the same. They go into my cell but not my a/c wall adapters which have a usb end so I couldnt use the cord to charge my cell. Overall a great company to buy from!!!

Outstanding! 3rd or 4th BackMarket purchase... Each one has been better than the last! I loved my last purchase of Samsung S10e so much, just hadda do 'er again when my roomie's phone bit the dust. He adores his new phone, which showed up EARLY & NEW PHONE PRISTINE, just like my last purchase. Who are these yahoos paying a grand for a phone? Not me, said this flea... amazing phone, like new condition, particularly fabulous camera, as Im a side gig artist who needs to capture tiny, subtle details, so I notice these things. Ive told at least 5 friends about BackMarket. You guys are the only reason I'm not toting some antiquated, broke-ai$h screen. scratched piece-of-trainwreckery. ;) Love you guys!
