Overall I am pleased with this device, although I was not sent the exact model I ordered. I had specified a two physical sim plus one esim phone, and was sent a phone with one sim and a second esim. Backmarket dealt with my issue promptly and gave me several options. The phone is otherwise as described. If it hadn't been for the sim issue this would have been a five star review, and Backmarket is still my first choice when shopping for a replacement phone.

This was advertised as ‘excellent’ condition. Scratches on parts of the phone aluminum frame, tiny scratches on silver painted ring of the single camera module. Display looks brand new and the phone came with only 80% battery health. I have since replaced it with a brand new battery at an Apple Store near me. I would consider the phone to be in ‘good’ condition.

When I first received this device, I was a bit disappointed to find noticeable scratches on the body (visible even from a distance). Since I use a case, I decided it wasn’t a major issue. However, I soon discovered that the camera wouldn’t focus properly. I troubleshooted; and then tried to live with that because I had already been without a phone for a long time. Then the bottom speaker stopped working, and audio would only play through the earpiece. At this point, I’m seriously considering returning the device and am very disappointed, especially given its "excellent" condition rating.

The device is absolutely garbage. A "daily use" batter that is "severely degraded"? Horrible connectivity issues over cellular. Yes, I'm sending it back, but this is the second time I've had issues with Back Market phones. No more for me.

Flimsily packaged, scratches on phone, certainly not what i would call excellent condition. Am returning, sent back yesterday. Also included in package was a slip showing the amount Back Market paid for phone which was $100 less than what I was charged??

The device was fine; however, after connecting the phone to our network, my wife accidentally locked it without knowing the code. thThe phone is locked

I love the prices, the great service, the options, etc. My one issue is battery levels. I wouldn’t mind paying a little more to get a new battery installed but it’s not always an option.

Besides the minor scratches, the quality and everything else is great!! I don't have much bad things to say about the product. I got this new phone for such a good price.
