This was advertised as ‘excellent’ condition. Scratches on parts of the phone aluminum frame, tiny scratches on silver painted ring of the single camera module. Display looks brand new and the phone came with only 80% battery health. I have since replaced it with a brand new battery at an Apple Store near me. I would consider the phone to be in ‘good’ condition.

The device was fine; however, after connecting the phone to our network, my wife accidentally locked it without knowing the code. thThe phone is locked

I love the prices, the great service, the options, etc. My one issue is battery levels. I wouldn’t mind paying a little more to get a new battery installed but it’s not always an option.

Besides the minor scratches, the quality and everything else is great!! I don't have much bad things to say about the product. I got this new phone for such a good price.

Half the screen won’t work and I can’t press a lot of the buttons and use it and I payed 40 dollars to put on my plan and half the screen doesn’t work

Honestly the phone looked brand new very proud of the purchase I was kind of hesitant about buying through the company but overall pretty satisfied with my phone. Will be buying more forsure

1. Battery health at 65% 2.Display has bright spot in center 3. Lightning port is worn out and needs replaced. Cosmetically the phone looks pretty good but this is not "excellent" condition

Better then I could have imagined. If I didn't know I would have never guessed this was a previously owned phone.
