Everything was great! My iMac was packaged really well and it came a few days before the shipping said it would. Only negative is that the FedEx driver dropped my package at the neighbors house… Overall, a great experience!

My 16-inch 2021 M1 Max MacBook Pro arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It also includes the original Apple magsafe power adapter. It has been a great experience. I would definitely purchase through Backmarket and this seller (Gainsaver) again.

What an amazing find! I ordered the Apple TV and it was practically new straight out of the box! I am very very happy with my purchase. It works amazing with my new TV in the bedroom. Got my laptop from GainSaver back in February, unfortunately the laptop would overheat and lag very often, thankfully they offer a one year warranty , so after sending back my laptop for repairs, they refunded the amount i paid since there was no fix or replacement

the machine is flawless. the website and app is fluent and making them look trustworthy. as a tech tuber, I plan to shoot a YouTube video to express my extreme satisfaction and pleasant purchase experience.

This computer at 32gb RAM is a speedy thing, even though it's a few years old. I anticipate it'll last for quite a while. The seller packed this remarkably well. The mouse/keyboard were wired and were Mac compatible, but didn't have quite the same Mac-based keys and was definitely skewed Windows, but at least it was provided. They are still in the box as I've opted for my current OEM Apple keyboard/mouse. Everything is very tidy overall and in the accurate condition. My main gripe is the big, non-removable-type label with specs on the back, but I will eventually scrape it off or cover with another, more attractive sticker as people can see it easily on my desk.

Typical apple product - easy to set up and use. I plugged the hami into my firety, changed the input, scanned the QR code on screen and signed in. Easy peasy. Looks new to me i thanks!

The computer arrived as promised, but the keyboard and mouse were not Apple products. This was not understood during the purchase process.
