I ordered a 'premium' condition Macbook Pro, and the whole experience was indeed *premium*. The machine arrived on time and in good shape and turned out to be an Apple refurbished computer with only 7 cycles on the battery and an active AppleCare+ subscription. As far as I can tell it is effectively brand new and all wearable parts never used at all. I couldn't be happier!

It was plug and play, upgraded from a (trash can) Mac, which will be forever my Darth Vader/ R2D2 child forever, yet this Mac Studio with the M1 chip integrated seamlessly into my set up and allowing me to upgrade to modern times with current software and plugins. I no longer needed an adapter to retro fit my Apollo x8, and I simply swapped that thunderbolt 2 - 3 adapter to my Apple Thunderbolt Display (previously used with the trash can) and voila!

My computer arrived in beautiful condition. I love how easy it was to customize what you want to buy to find the perfect price. I easily saved half of what I would have spent at the Apple Store yet it still feels brand new. The process was seamless and I got a great price for my trade-in. I’m beyond pleased with my experience here, and I tell everyone (even if they don’t ask 😅) to shop here. Thank you, thank you!!

Back Market scores again with the arrival of our (better than brand new) 24 inch M1 iMac. It arrived in about three days in great double-boxed condition with pristine Apple packaging. We got a fast new Mac at a great price too. My 3rd Back Market purchase and I’ve told our friends & family not to shop for electronics anywhere else.

When they mentioned condition Premium, they truly meant it! Amazing! I ordered the Apple M2 Pro and wow, they did not disappoint. This is my 3rd MacBook purchase from BackMarket and I will be purchasing again. My Mac came in an original apple certified refurbished box, together with the MagSafe charger and cable. The Mac is like new. I can't notice any damages of defects thus far. Keyboard, screen, trackpad and entire body like new. Battery Health 100% I am very happy with my purchase. Hoping that I never have an issue to be unhappy about. Very satisfied thus far. Speedy delivery, secure box for shipping. No complaints.

Our old iMac was ten years old and an email message would take sometimes 10 to 15 minutes to load and web pages too were slow to load also.. I was very surprised that someone took the time to wrap all the cables in their appropriate paper keepers with the BackMarket computer. I thought that was amazing. The software upgraded just fine and the data transfer went smoothly. So far, very happy with the purchase

The MacBook arrived in excellent condition, the only drawback was the charger, which is not the original 96W. I recommend the seller.

The 2020 refurbished iMac is my 3rd purchase from Back Market. The iMac looked great. Much better than I expected. It also functions with no problems at all. It was packed and protected well for a safe and surprisingly fast delivery. I've come to believe that Back Market holds its vendors to a high standard and because of my experiences with them I will continue to check with them for future purchases.

So I kind of feel like a little bit of a jerk. I received my m1 one pro MacBook Pro And it's perfect I don't see any scratches I don't see any damage battery cycles are six and the battery is still 100% and this is all great considering the devices coming up on five years. My only complaints are petty one in that The device arrived with a admin user already set up and I would've liked for it to come as it would've straight out of the box and it came with a 65 W charger and a USB Type C cable instead of the MagSafe charger, which I understand most people consider the better option but you see, I like magnets. I want to stress that neither of these things are a bad thing and most people would consider them nice things to have done, this is why I feel like a jerk.

I love it. I typically don’t buy used, but I actually enjoy this. I’m planning to buy all my products from BackMarket.
