When they mentioned condition Premium, they truly meant it! Amazing! I ordered the Apple M2 Pro and wow, they did not disappoint. This is my 3rd MacBook purchase from BackMarket and I will be purchasing again. My Mac came in an original apple certified refurbished box, together with the MagSafe charger and cable. The Mac is like new. I can't notice any damages of defects thus far. Keyboard, screen, trackpad and entire body like new. Battery Health 100% I am very happy with my purchase. Hoping that I never have an issue to be unhappy about. Very satisfied thus far. Speedy delivery, secure box for shipping. No complaints.

The 2020 refurbished iMac is my 3rd purchase from Back Market. The iMac looked great. Much better than I expected. It also functions with no problems at all. It was packed and protected well for a safe and surprisingly fast delivery. I've come to believe that Back Market holds its vendors to a high standard and because of my experiences with them I will continue to check with them for future purchases.

I am really happy with my refurbished MacBook. It was easy to set up and it has a new battery installed since the battery health is 100% despite being a slightly older model. I would definitely recommend purchasing from BackMarket!!

BackMarket - you really know how to deliver on your promised products. My iMac Pro arrived a few weeks ago in immaculate condition and works perfectly. I'm coming from a Microsoft desktop so I'm trying my best to adapt to my "new" mac. I like it so far but I'm concerned about this Fusion Drive. I still need to contact the refurbishing company for details but overall I feel this will be a big improvement for me.

I was using a reliable 2011 iMac with a cracked screen because it was a long and happy love relationship. But it's 2025 and things change and it was time for an update. I couldn't be happier with this iMac. It was set up perfectly and, immediately, my files transferred over and it's like being on a permanent vacation. Old "cracky" is still in the closet but I'm embarking on a smooth and fun future with this computer. Thanks!

What an amazing laptop and experience with Back Market overall. The MacBook Pro is in perfect condition and exceeded my expectations in every way. I also traded in a slightly older MacBook Air and that process was equally amazing.

I ordered one in excellent condition and I am beyond impressed, it might as well be brand new. Came in the original box with an Apple charger. I wouldn’t have known it was refurbished if I didn’t buy it myself. Will definitely buy from back market again!
