    This was a replacement for my S9 which I also bought from backmarket 2+ years ago. Vast improvement over the S9 except for the camera. Will not focus on anything 12" or closer. Didn't know when I bought it but seems to be a problem with the S20. Phone was like new with no scratches or defects and arrived quickly. Was easy to setup by using the Samsung app to transfer to the new phone. Will always buy from back market for phones and tablets and have always bought refurbished and never a problem. Great company.

    Not only was the phone shipped promptly but it is the best Galaxy s21 I've ever owned performance-wise The buttons are not hard like my other one that I bought off of eBay The phones performances super fast and the phone was not scratched in any way it's in great condition it must have a lot of memory because like I said the processor is super fast I'm very happy and will no longer buy a phone from anyone else but back market.

    shipping was FAST! The phone actually came 1 day early. Phone was DOA from the factory, and refurbished. Phone was listed as "excellent" condition, and was received in excellent condition.     The delivery was delayed by several days due to weather conditions. That's perfectly acceptable and understandable. The phone looks like new,aside from a tiny little nick on the screen,which doesn't affect its performance in any way. The S21 is a replacement for a newer Samsung A16 that was not nearly as good. It is my 3rd S21. I love everything about this model, and this back market purchase works exactly as it should.
