    It is good! The only thing is it looks like the back was taken off to replace the battery and it isn't well sealed (I can see the adhesive coming undone already). It isn't a huge deal because I am putting a cover on it, but something to consider for the refurbished phone!

    I was honestly pretty skeptical about buying a refurbished phone, obviously there's a much greater risk than buying new (with the plus side of price). I was also scared of bot reviews boosting the stats. However, I am incredibly satisfied with my Pixel 7. I got the excellent option and both the screen and back were perfect. The battery life seems as good as new and everything else works perfectly. The only small complaint is there was a little bit of dirt around the camera, but I cleaned it up in 30 seconds. Always remember refurbished can be risky, but I am very satisfied.

    I have purchased from BackMarket before (back in 2021) and loved my S9+! I recently decided to upgrade to the S21 and, of course, knew that BackMarket would be my best option! This time around I decided to go with the, "Good" condition option (went with "Excellent" for my S9+) and I'm honestly very, very pleased. There are a few scuff marks on the back of the phone, and there's a slight scratch on the screen, though neither are very noticeable! All in all, I would (and do!) - highly- recommend buying refurbished, and buying refurbished from BackMarket at that!

    amazing item. it arrived a day early, and on top of that, it was ordered in good condition, so i expected some scratches but there are ZERO visible signs of damage on the item. will be buying from this refurbisher again. 10/10

    The color was blue instead of white. The phone gets warm pretty fast. Had to switch to low power mode and use slower Samsung charger to try keep it reasonable cool. Hard to tell battery health percentage or it came with original battery. Condition of the phone was great. Price was high for a phone with no more security updates. Performance of phone is good at 12. No more security updates should have lower the phone cost more. The 6.4" screen was about perfect size for viewing.

    No complaints, phones been working fantastic. Chose this because my former pixel 6 battery was exploding. This specific phone was like $80 cheaper in excellent condition simply because people didn't seem to want the color? I found a cool anime case so don't even see it. The only way you would know it wasn't brand new was minor color loss in the charging port, otherwise it looks and functions like it's brand new.

    I replaced my 4a pixel with this model. It is extremely similar to the 4a, but just a touch bigger. The only drawback I have is I loved the fingerprint reader on the back of my 4a. This reader is on the front, and with my glass screen protector it usually doesn't work.

    They shipped the phone fast and the packaging was good so the phone wasn't damaged at all while in transit. As I remember I ordered the phone in the good condition. I would say the screen had no scratches and the body of the phone had a couple marks but no nicks just marks hard to explain but I would say the phone came in really great condition. The battery was at 88% capacity and so was I quite satisfied with this buy and for me I could recommend this seller with no problems.
