I absolutely love my Google pixel 6 pro, the phone is fast when switching over apps and I received it within 3 days no extra cost to me either. The quality of my phone is above what I expected. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new phone to use Back Market!

The computer looks great and seems to be in great shape, but it is somehow still associated with someone else's Apple ID and I cannot access the computer at all. Erasing the Mac has not solved the problem.

So far, absolutely love this phone. In amazing condition upon arrival (I would call it Like New) and just the upgrade I needed. Thanks again to Back Market and its vendors for terrific quality, price, and service. I'll be back as will all the friends and family members I have talked you guys up to over the years.

my only issue is battery drains somewhat quickly. that is not the fault of back market, however. i will always use back market when i'm purchasing a new phone.

Though the screen I recieved wasn't perfect like it was supposed to be, it wasn't enough for me to go through a return. Back Market has always been great. Their refurbishers aren't always as good.

I love the phone, however it would have been nice to have received an iPhone charging cord with it rather than some random cord I have zero use for. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars!

the phone I received was supposed to be unlocked but it is not and now I'm having trouble figuring out how to get an unlocked phone.. communication is complicated somehow I can't just chat or call a phone number to discuss this about I'd like to get a phone that's unlocked or figure out how to unlock the one I have if possible!!

Came broken speakers and volume did not work I payed for a excellent condition one as well . Very upset with the communication and I still have not gotten my money back and they got their phone back. Will never purchase from this site again. Don’t recommend!
