    I absolutely love the Galaxy S23+ phone I ordered from Back Market! It came clean and exactly as advertised, in excellent condition. The price was very reasonable for an excellent condition phone, and I did my due diligence in shopping around, prior to making my decision to order from Back Market. The whole experience from ordering to receipt of the phone was seamless and I highly recommend this company for your refurbished phone needs. My only tip to all is to ensure the phone is indeed unlocked for your specific mobile cell phone carrier, by going halfway down the page to "Technical Specifications" and ensuring it states "Yes" to the right of your carrier's name (Verizon compatible, AT&T compatible, T-Mobile compatible), as the first phone I was going to choose stated "No" next to my carrier, even though the phone stated "Unlocked" in the header description for that phone. And thank you to Back Market Customer Support for your guidance in that area, greatly appreciate it, as they were very responsive to my inquiry.

    The device developed screen issues within an hour of powering up. I completed the transfer of everything from my old iPhone 12 to this iPhone 15, activated cell service (and canceling my old service) and quickly was unable to continue using this phone. The screen began to flicker erratically, and eventually became scrambled. Restarting, turning off, and resetting the device did not resolve the issue. I have decided to return the phone within the 30 day window to the original seller where I expect to get a refund. I have separately a purchased a different iPhone 15 to use as I cannot be without a phone and do the 7-10 days to mail this phone in for repairs.

    the phone body is in great condition, but the battery percentage is only 75% ?? I bought a Nano SIM card for it, when I get it I'll put it in and start up the phone. I am very grateful for the low price for the phone, anyway.

    My first purchase was a Galaxy S23 in "excellent" condition. Once received, the bottom of the screen was raised up and appeared to have been dropped at some point. The sound was extremely distorted. I contacted Back Market customer service and was immediately helped and a full refund was issued. I decided to give it another shot with the same model of phone but different distributor. This time, this phone is in "excellent" condition and so far, so good.

    I Was Very skeptical about ordering refurbished devices but my son ordered me an iPad from back Market last year and I love it it works perfect no problems so I decided to order the Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus so I would see how well it works and give you a review later just received it today November 9th 2023 very fast order because I ordered it on November 6th and 2023 and it said it will be here on the 13th and I got notifications that it was going to be here on the 10th and then another notification that he was delivered at my house on today which is the 9th so I appreciate I really like the service I recommend it to everyone and thank you very good I would recommend you

    Bough S21 plus in Excellent condition and it was actually in Excellent condition. It looks like it was never touched and I'm super happy. I actually had to return an S21 from a different reseller because I purchased it in Excellent condition and it came in Fair condition. I was super skeptical about buying again from here since it was my first time, and the return instructions are a bit strict but I took a chance and am happy with the S21 Plus
