This was originally supposed to be a watch in excellent condition with a leather strap. It arrived with a noticeable scratch on the screen and with a rubber strap. I can never seem to get the ECG to work and I've tried this on different people's wrists. Everything else seems to work as expected and the battery lasts as it should.

Product came on time. Was ordered in "excellent" condition, but when we opened it Christmas morning, it had lots of dings, dents, scratches and broken parts on it. We made sure it worked fine and determined that most of the issues were cosmetic. It works fine, but I was a little upset about how much damage there was to it after selecting "excellent" condition upon purchase. It had looked like someone took a hammer to it before shipping it.

Excellent quality and came looking pristine!

I paid over 200 dollars and My item was delivered to another State on the west coast. Address was provided. I was expecting to have this for my son's birthday, unbelievably inconvenient.

Phone was old and outdated, unsupportable by Apple. Traded it in at my T-Mobile store.

the item works fine and is in good condition but i got a gray phone rather than a red one.
