I wasn’t sure how to feel about a refurbished laptop; I head great reviews from friends and the internet, so I figured ✅. My bank locked my card, bc I don’t frequently spend hundreds of dollars in 1 transaction— they said BackMarket is reputable. ✅✅. I opened up my laptop today, 05/27. Love it!! Exactly as described, if not better. No issues yet.

Item arrived quickly and professionally packaged with a very tough custom-sized bubble wrap that encased the entire MacBook. It's in great condition and runs so much faster than my previous 2015 MacBook Pro. Very satisfied with the product and pricing!

This is my second purchase from Back Market and I am thoroughly satisfied again. I purchased a M1 MacBook pro in fair condition and I will recommend this to anyone... there are a few minor scratches and a dig on the top left corner, which I think is fair for the price. only thing is, it was a little dusty on the screen and keyboard, which I didn't see as a deterrent to recommend this buy... If you are looking for quality used tech for a great price, do not hesitate to shop at back market.

I’m pretty much satisfied (99%) with my iPad. I only have one small complaint. One of the keys (letter B/b) has to be tapped a couple of times before it registers when I’m typing. I had the same problem with my previous iPad. There were 3 keys that became a nuisance a couple of months before I decided to purchase this one. When the present iPad arrived it was in excellent condition. However, it, too is beginning to be uncooperative. It’s a bit annoying that it’s is giving me problems already. I suppose I can live with just one letter snubbing me. I’m not going to lose any sleep over it. I believe I’ve purchased 3 items from Back Market in the last year or so. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I wasn’t satisfied with your products. Let me assure you that I don’t want reimbursed for this iPad. Nor, do I expect a replacement for it. You requested an honest review. Hopefully I’ve fulfilled your request.

There is nothing not amazing about Back Market. I've bought probably 20 devices through Back Market, for family and friends, who have also started using this service. Just the best. No downsides! You get exactly what you want, for a good enough price, without feeling like you're being scammed.

only unexpected "issues" the backlighting for the key board isn't even and that's about it besides a few corner dents expected for its ages to be fair I was expecting more scratches but not many from what I can tell before I put a skin on it
