This is my first time buying a refurbished phone and I got to say at first I was worried that I would get scammed but after getting the iPhone 12 mini green I'm in love with it, it has a few scratches here and there but nothing to bad. I would highly recommend back market for your next upgrade

I bought the iPhone 13 mini for my elderly mother, who needed to have her failing iPhone XR replaced. The phone arrived before the estimated date. She loves the color and the smaller size. The fact that she has not called me with questions or complaints, tells me that she’s a very happy camper.

for the most part its a great product, especially coming from back market because its refurbished and cheap, it works like new. The only thing is the AirPods themselves have terrible microphone quality because its always trying to adapt to the surroundings. when you get the AirPods you will know

I've been a long time Android user. I have also been long aware of how absolutely incredible the iPhone cameras and apps are. So, after having a Samsung S10 for the longest time, (and also because of sheer curiosity) I hit the f it button and upgraded to a year 2022 iPhone; the iPhone 14 Pro. I figured it was about time and I wanted something that would be relatively future proof. I feel like it was worth the investment. I do NOT regret getting an iPhone. The picture quality is absolutely amazing, and I really like finally having access to the Apple store. The apps are usually really excellent compared to a lot of Android stuff. My final thoughts on the iPhone are kinda, eehh, because there are some places Android felt a little more solid. The keyboard on iPhone feels a little more tedious to use. Certain buttons and highlighted texts feel difficult to hit accurately depending on the app I'm using. Overall gestures?...You know what, maybe I'm just getting accustomed to those still. iPhone is overall **very useful**. I'm terrified of having a polarizing opinion on here, but thanks to personal experience, I'm gonna recommend Android before I point anyone to iPhone. While it's not making me lose my mind and question my sanity, iPhone doesn't feel quite as solid and reliable as an old 2019 Samsung.

My iphone xs max came in good condition. Bought it as a backup to my iphone 12 pro as it is slowly dying. Battery life came at 95% which is pretty good imo for the price. I am very happy with my purchase. Mind you shipping was very fast (3 days). Will buy more products from here again in the future!

I don’t know if it was the transfer process from old phone to this one but it took hours for me to get access into the phone. It kept saying Bluetooth error. But eventually it worked itself out because I wasn’t giving up! So I must say overall the phone is great and working smooth as ever.

First time to purchase a phone that did not come from a service provider. A phenomenal experience. This phone was for my 84 yr old mom. I was amazed at the condition. It looks brand new! All future phones will be ordered from Back Market!!! Reasonably priced, delivered in a timely manner works perfectly!

This phone is in fantastic shape! For some reason spectrum mobile kept telling me the phone needed to be unlocked but I was able to activate it with no problems. Thank you so much! Would recommend over and over again!

LOVE my refurbished iPhone SE (2022). I always select Good or Excellent condition - and it looks brand new with 97% Battery Health (currently 93%)! It even came with a screen protector already attached. Have been using it for 5 mos without any issues. Was able to track purchase and came with Signature Required - so no getting lost in shipping. Will definitely purchase from Back Market again!
