I bought it for my daughter, she loves it. no scratches on it at all. it was like brand new. I actually ordered the iPhone 14 for my son. Will definitely buy from back market again the price was very reasonable.

This site wasn't the first one I tried, I ordered one from Amazon refurbished but when I got the phone it was locked ( it had an account on it). I had to wait for a refund from Amazon. Then I remembered I got my mom's phone a few months ago from back market and didn't have any problems. So I ordered the Samsung Galaxy Zfold 5 and two days later I had my new phone. I wasn't sure what to expect because I've only ordered my kids phones from here (I've ordered my own from "regular"stores thinking I'd get better quality) & I usually choose "excellent condition". This time I needed a phone like yesterday & due to my circumstances@ the time I had to go with the cheapest option. I was pretty sure it wasn't gonna be pretty but I've ordered from back market so many times I knew it would at least be fully functional. I was so wrong. I got the gold iphone 12 pro max & it's the prettiest phone I've ever owned! Apparently "fair" means it has scratches so tiny they're barely visible to the naked eye. You literally have to search for imperfections. If someone told me this was a brand new phone I'd 100% believe them. I Couldn't be happier with my phone or the amazing price tag! I f*#%ing love Back Market!!

It’s cool I like it.But it never charges to a 100% for some reason.And the screen is really scratched up a lot. Overall pleased with it no real complaints!

The product is Great.. there's a crack on the screen that wasn't mentioned. But all things considered; I'm satisfied..
